摘  要：经济的快速发展使大众对于健康管理的需求不断提升，以服务和管理为主体的健康服务与管理专业应运而生。为抓住产业发展的机遇，各高校应主动承担起为产业输送高质量人才的职责。通过完善的教育活动，不仅有助于强化学生的专项能力，使学生快速适应岗位，完成高质量的就业，还能够促进健康产业的转型发展，构建出全新的产业格局。为此，该文以河北省本科院校为研究对象，分析市场对健康管理人员的需求，并提出人才培养的对策，为促进学生就业与发展提供参考。

Research on Talent Training Mechanism of Health Service and Management Specialty in Undergraduate Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

Abstract： With the rapid development of economy， the public's demand for health management is increasing. The health service and management specialty with service and management as the main body came into being. In order to seize the opportunity of industrial development， colleges and universities should take the initiative to transport high-quality talents for the industry. Not only through perfect educational activities to strengthen students' special ability， so that students can quickly adapt to their posts and complete high-quality employment. It can also promote the transformation and development of health industry and build a new industrial pattern. Therefore， taking undergraduate colleges and universities in Hebei Province as the research object， this paper analyzes the market demand for health managers， and puts forward countermeasures for talent training， so as to provide reference for promoting students' employment and development.

1 河北省健康服务与管理人才的社会需求

1.1 人口老龄化严重与慢性疾病的增多，需要更多健康服务与管理人员

河北省作为我国人口大省，受到二十世纪六七十年代出生高峰的影响，截止到2020年末，河北省60岁以上老年人口数量高达1 400万余人，占据总人口的近14%。相关专家预测，发展到2035年河北省老年人口所占比例将增长到30%，进入到重度老龄化社会，表明河北推行健康服务和养老服务的任务繁重。而作为慢性病的多发群体，老年人口数量的不断增多，也使得河北省慢性疾病患者增长快速。相关数据显示，成人高血压患病率为25%，糖尿病为10.7%，慢性支气管炎和肺炎为9.8%。特別是在城市污染日趋严重，大众生活压力增加，参与运动机会减少的情况下，各类慢性病开始向更多年轻群体蔓延。……
