摘要 随着信息技术的推广普及，农业也步入大数据时代，农业大数据正加速改变农业生产方式，成为发展现代农业的重要战略资源。农民教育培训工作也逐步向信息化大步迈进，信息化平台成为农民教育培训的重要途径和有效抓手。该研究对国家和各省自主开发的农民教育培训信息化平台进行了系统梳理，以丰富拓展农民学习渠道。同时以江苏省为例，阐述了农民教育培训信息化平台建设推广情况，分析了信息化平台建设存在问题，并对完善信息化平台建设提出了发展建议。

Research on the Construction of Information Platform for Farmers Education and Training

Abstract With the popularization of information technology， agriculture has entered the era of big data， which is accelerating the change of agricultural production mode and becoming an important strategic resource for the development of modern  agriculture. The education and training of farmers is also gradually stepping forward to informatization，the informatization platform has become an important way and

an effective hand in the education and training of farmers. This study systematically combed the information platform of farmerseducation and training developed by the state and provinces， in order to enrich and expand the channels of farmers learning. At the same time， taking Jiangsu Province as an example， this paper expounded the construction and promotion of information platform for farmers education and training， analyzed the problems existing in the construction of information platform， and put forward some development suggestions for improving the construction of information platform.

伴随着互联网技术的推广普及，“互联网+农业”“互联网+农民教育培训”也如火如荼地发展起来。“互联网+农民教育培训”模式不单是简单地融入互联网技术，更是对农民教育培训工作的整体升级和改革创新，有效促进了农民培育工作的转型升级[1-2]。充分发挥信息化平台在提升农技推广服务效能、增强农民教育培训效果、推动农业转型升级等方面的积极作用，为全面深化农业供给侧结构性改革，推进农业现代化建设提供有力支撑[3]。

1 农民教育培训信息化平台建设的意义

1.1 实现培育全程信息化 通过“互联网+农民教育培训”平台，有效提升遴选对象的精准化，需求调研的个性化，培训组织的科学化，过程管理的信息化，跟踪服务的规范化，使所有培训班、培训学员、授课教师、课程安排均上线可查，形成农民教育培训动态管理、全程贯通、科学高效的信息化培育管理体系[4]。……
