[摘要] 目的 探讨使用教学网站的带教模式在手术室规培护士培训中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年9月—2019年7月在该院手术室规培的护士46名为研究对象，根据轮转手术室时间的先后顺序，分为对照组23名，按照传统带教模式进行培训;观察组23名，参照教学网站培训模式进行培训，然后比较两组的培训效果。结果 观察组及对照组理论、操作出科考核均合格，达到出科考核的要求，但是觀察组的理论及操作考核、综合测评、手术医生及巡回老师满意度得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 基于教学网站的带教模式应用于手术室规培护士培训，对于提高规培护士对手术室知识及技能的掌握能力，拓展手术室专业知识起到了推动作用，并且为手术室规培护士提供了良好的学习资源，提高了规培护士学习的主动性与积极性，同时提高了手术室带教水平。

Application of Teaching Mode Based on Teaching Website in Training Nurses in Operating Room

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of using the teaching website in the training of nurses in the operating room. Methods A total of 46 nurses who were trained in the operating room of the hospital from September 2016 to July 2019 were selected as research subjects. According to the sequence of time in the rotating operating room， they were divided into a control group of 23 and were trained according to the traditional teaching model; 23 observation groups were trained according to the training model of the teaching website， and then the training effects of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group and the control group passed the theoretical and operational examinations and met the requirements of the examination. However， the observation group's theoretical and operational examinations， comprehensive evaluation， surgical doctors and itinerant teachers satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant significant differences（P<0.05）. Conclusion The teaching model based on the teaching website is applied to the training of nurses in the operating room， which has played a role in improving the nurses' ability to master the knowledge and skills of the operating room and expanding the professional knowledge of the operating room. It has provided good learning resources， improved the initiative and enthusiasm of training nurses， and improved the level of teaching in the operating room.

护士规范化培训是指在完成医学院校基础教育后，进入医疗机构接受规范的护理专业化培训，提高护士整体素质，是建设护理人才队伍的重要环节[1]。并且国家卫生健康委明确指出，要以培养“临床实用型护理人才”为核心目标，因此对规培护士的培训成为护理管理工作中的重要内容[2]。而手术室是医院的重要部门，是手术治疗和抢救危重患者的关键场所[3]，其工作特点与其他科室有着很大的区别。手术室护理工作专科性强、涉及面广、无菌操作严格、仪器设备多，规培护士进入手术室会感到陌生和紧张[4]。因此，加强对手术室规培护士培训，让其尽快适应手术室工作模式，将理论与临床实践相结合，成为真正的临床适应型护理人才已成为目前的重点问题。……
