[摘要] 目的 探究综合带教法在眼科门诊护理带教中的应用疗效。方法 以该院2018年1—12月期间眼科门诊实习的40名护生作为观察对象，借助双盲随机抽样法分为对照组和试验组，每组20名。对照组予以常规带教，试验组予以综合带教法，对比两组护生对带教老师满意度、综合成绩评分与学生的综合自主学习能力评分。结果 试验组护生对带教老师满意度（100.00%）相较于对照组（75.00%）提升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;带教前，两组研究对象的综合成绩评分，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;带教后，试验组相较于对照组护生的综合成绩评分较高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在眼科门诊护理带教中应用综合带教法具有明显优势，可在提升护生综合成绩评分同时提高护生对带教老师满意度，建议在临床带教中推广借鉴。

The Effect of Comprehensive Teaching Method in Nursing Teaching in Ophthalmology Clinic

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive teaching method in ophthalmology outpatient nursing teaching. Methods From January to December 2018， 40 nursing students who were intern in the ophthalmology clinic of the hospital were used as observation objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by double-blind random sampling method， and each group included 20 students. The control group was given regular teaching， and the experimental group was given a comprehensive teaching method. The two groups of nursing students were compared with the teaching teachers satisfaction， comprehensive scores and students comprehensive autonomous learning ability scores. Results The experimental group's nursing students' satisfaction with the teaching teacher（100.00%） was higher than that of the control group （75.00%）， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; before the teaching， there was no statistically significant difference in the comprehensive scores of the two groups of study subjects（P>0.05）; After teaching， the test group had higher comprehensive scores than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive teaching method in ophthalmology outpatient nursing teaching has obvious advantages. It can easily improve the comprehensive scores of nursing students and improve the satisfaction of nursing students with teaching teachers. It is recommended to promote and learn from clinical teaching.

臨床教学作为护理教学中的关键点，主要目的是为了帮助护理专业学生在掌握相关理论知识的基础上展开对应的护理实践，有效地将理论和实践相结合，借助实践反促理论知识进行深入的掌握与学习，使得护生获得专业护士上岗之前所具备的专业技能，以积极良好的态度及规范行为展开相关护理工作。合格的专业人才和高质量教学水平具有十分密切的联系[1]。现如今，随着社会医疗水平的不断进步与发展，人们的思想发生较大的转变，尤其是越来越关注临床护理的质量，即从侧面要求相关护理人员在具备精湛技术的同时也要具备积极的服务思想[2]。该院眼科病房针对这一现象展开具体的分析，针对以往采用的常规护理带教模式所存在的问题展开研究，发现有带教老师对带教工作的认识具有一定的偏差，带教的内容较为老旧，不能够紧跟时代的步伐，无法适应现代临床护理的需求。……
