[摘要] 目的 研究情景模擬教学模式应用在产科护理实习带教中的效果。方法 以2018年4月—2019年7月在该院产科进行轮转实习的60名护理实习生作为该次研究活动的观察对象，以随机数字表法为分组依据，分别设置对照组（30名，进行传统教学）与实验组（30名，进行情景模拟教学）。比较两组的综合考核成绩与双向满意度。结果 ①实验组素质修养评分（9.36±0.48）分、沟通能力评分（8.93±0.68）分、应变能力评分（9.27±0.38）分、理论知识评分（18.26±0.83）分、操作技能评分（47.73±1.48）分均高于对照组（8.22±0.38）分、（7.28±1.23）分、（8.35±0.49）分、（15.12±0.85）分、（40.89±1.57）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;②实验组教师满意度评分（89.67±1.47）分、学生满意度评分（92.44±2.78）分均高于对照组（80.53±4.81）分、（83.64±5.11）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在产科护理实习带教中实施情景模拟教学模式，可以提高护理实习生护理水平，带教教师与护理实习生均十分认可。

Evaluation of the Effect of Scene Simulation Teaching Mode in Obstetric Nursing Practice Teaching

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of scenario simulation teaching mode in obstetric nursing practice teaching. Methods 60 nursing interns who had a rotating internship in the obstetrics department of the hospital from April 2018 to July 2019 were taken as the observation objects of this research activity. The random number table method was used as the grouping basis， and a control group（30 cases， conduct traditional teaching） and experimental group（30 people， conduct simulation teaching）. Compare the two groups' comprehensive assessment results and two-way satisfaction. Results 1.The quality and accomplishment score of the experimental group was （9.36±0.48）points， the communication ability score （8.93±0.68）points， the adaptability score （9.27±0.38）points， the theoretical knowledge score （18.26±0.83）points， and the operation skill score （47.73±1.48）points were higher than the control group （8.22±0.38）points， （7.28±1.23）points， （8.35±0.49）points， （15.12±0.85）points， （40.89±1.57）points， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; 2.The teacher satisfaction score （89.67±1.47） and the student satisfaction score （92.44±2.78）points of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （80.53±4.81）points and （83.64±5.11）points， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of scenario simulation teaching mode in obstetric nursing practice teaching can improve the nursing level of nursing trainees. Both the teaching teachers and nursing trainees are highly recognized.

产科是医院的重要科室，具有工作压力大、患者病情发展快、工作强度大的特点，加之患者及其家属情绪易变化，护理难度较大，然而由于产科住院人群多是新生儿与产妇，属于医院感染的高危群体，所以必须做好护理工作。产科护理实习生在学校中学习的产科护理知识具有局限性与抽象性[1]，通过临床护理实习，可强化护理理论知识，培养临床护理技能。临床护理实习作为产科护理实习生学习临床护理知识的重要途径，可提升护理实习生护理操作技能以及问题解决能力，使其可以做到理论联系实际，在较短时间内有效掌握产科护理内容[2]。然而传统实习带教方法较为僵化，以教师为主体的教学模式难以有效调动护理实习生学习兴趣，护理实习生学习过程被动，教学效果不佳，不利……
