[摘要] 目的 研究风险防控及细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取在2018年1—11月来该院就诊的46例妇产科患者为研究对象，设为观察组和对照组，每组23例。对照组：常规护理管理;观察组：在常规护理管理的基础上加强风险防控及细节管理。结果 观察组患者的护理满意度95.65%与对照组82.61%相比较高，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.572，P=0.032<0.05）。结论 风险防控及细节管理应用在妇产科护理管理中，提高了护理满意度，值得在临床中应用。

The Effect of Risk Prevention and Control and Detail Management in Nursing Management of Obstetrics and Gynecology

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods Forty-six obstetrics and gynecology patients who came to the hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the research objects， and set as observation group and control group， with 23 cases in each group. Control group： routine nursing management; observation group： strengthening risk prevention and control and detailed management on the basis of routine nursing management. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.65% compared with 82.61% of the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.572， P=0.032<0.05）. Conclusion The application of risk prevention and control and detailed management in the nursing management of obstetrics and gynecology improves nursing satisfaction and is worthy of clinical application.

我國医疗服务体系正在不断完善，护理管理的理念也要根据发展趋势适应社会。妇产科是医院的重要科室，主要以患者为中心，并在常规护理的基础上重视创新，研究新的管理方式可以提高科室的护理满意度。风险防控及细节管理联合应用于妇产科护理管理中，得到了人们的一致认可。妇产科强化细节管理可以为护理工作正确执行提供保障，并合理计划护理工作程序，加强基础护理是首要工作，坚持服务理念，严格规范护理操作，强化细节管理的同时进行风险防控可以为护理安全提供保障，妇产科有很多潜在的护理风险，有效降低护理风险对于妇产科有重要的意义。为了妇产科的护理工作进行得更加顺利，该院选取在2018年1—11月来该院就诊的46例妇产科患者为研究对象，对风险防控及细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果展开了研究。现报道如下。

1  资料与方法
