[摘要] 目的 分析在婦产科中应用细节护理管理对风险事件及护患纠纷的影响。方法 选取2018年12月—2019年12月在该院妇产科病房中担任管理工作的医务人员16名作为研究对象，将全部医务人员按照数字抽签方式进行随机平均分组，常规管理组与细节管理组医务人员各8名。对常规管理组医务人员使用该院原有管理方式，对细节管理组医务人员使用细节管理方式，观察常规管理组与细节管理组医务人员风险事件发生情况、护患纠纷发生率以及管理质量考核评分。结果 细节管理组医务人员风险事件发生率低于常规管理组医务人员风险事件发生率（P<0.05）;细节管理组医务人员护患纠纷发生率低于常规管理组医务人员护患纠纷发生率（P<0.05）;细节管理组医务人员管理质量考核评分高于常规管理组医务人员管理质量考核评分（P<0.05）。结论 在妇产科使用细节管理能够提高医务人员综合管理能力，降低风险事件发生率以及护患纠纷发生率，应用价值更高。

Application of Detailed Nursing Management in Obstetrics and Gynecology to the Impact of Risk Events and Nurse-patient Disputes

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the impact of detailed nursing management on risk events and nurse-patient disputes in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 16 medical staff who served as management in the obstetrics and gynecology ward of the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. All medical staff were randomly divided into two groups according to a digital lottery method， routine management group and detailed management group of 8 medical staff. Use the original management method of our hospital for the medical staff of the routine management group， use the detailed management method for the medical staff of the detail management group， observe the occurrence of risk events， the incidence of nurse-patient disputes， and the management quality assessment score of the medical staff of the routine management group and the detail management group. Results The incidence of risk events among medical staff in the detail management group was lower than that in the routine management group（P<0.05）; the incidence of nurse-patient disputes among medical staff in the detail management group was lower than the incidence of nurse-patient disputes among medical staff in the conventional management group（P<0.05）; the management quality assessment score of medical staff in the detail management group was higher than that in the routine management group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The use of detailed management in obstetrics and gynecology can improve the comprehensive management ability of medical staff， reduce the incidence of risk events and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes， and has higher application value.

妇产科包含妇科与产科，是研究女性生殖器官疾病的病因、病例、诊断、防治、妊娠、分娩等的科室，也是新生儿降临的地方。妇产涵盖着普通妇科、围产医学、妇科肿瘤、妇女保健、计划生育等多种作用，在保护妇女与新生儿身体健康上做出了巨大的贡献，其重要性不可忽视[1-2]。随着社会的不断进步，妇产科患者对于医院的医疗设备与管理质量等要求逐渐严格，为管理人员带来了新一轮的困难与挑战，若医务人员在管理工作中出现纰漏，则十分容易造成风险隐患，导致恶化医患关系，不但会影响医院的声誉，还会降低患者的信赖程度。为了提高妇产科室医务人员的管理能力，该院选取2018年12月—2019年12月任职于妇产科病房的医务人员16名为研究对象，针对细节管理在妇产科中风险事件及护患纠纷的影响进行了观察与研究，现报道如下。……
