[摘要] 目的 分析在医院心内科病房护理管理应用6S管理模式的效果。方法 通过在心内科由护士长主导而构建6S管理小组，并主要负责在后续开展一系列活动的组织和策划，以及在实行过程中需要的检验和评比以及改进等工作，实行责任制，并对科室的管理展开定期的检查与监督。然后对心内科在实施6S管理前和实施后的执业环境、病房管理、急救物品、仪器设备等方面进行对比分析。结果 通过开展一系列的6S管理，在执业环境、病房管理、急救物品、仪器设备等方面的工作，在实施后明显高于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实施后护士执业环境测评分高于实施前（60.26分 vs 75.36分）（t=40.860，P<0.05）。结论 在心内科应用6S管理模式有效促进护理管理更高效和规范，并且提升护理人员的职业环境和满意度，还可以提高护理人员的职业素养和工作效率，最终提升了护理管理的水平。

Study on the Application of 6S Management in the Nursing Management of Cardiology Department

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of applying 6S management model in nursing management of hospital cardiology ward. Methods The 6S management team is established by the head nurse in the cardiology department， and is mainly responsible for the organization and planning of a series of activities in the follow-up， as well as the inspection， evaluation and improvement required in the implementation process. The responsibility system was implemented and the management of each department was carried out regular inspection and supervision. Then compare and analyze the practice environment， ward management， first aid supplies， equipment and other aspects of the cardiology department before and after the implementation of 6S management. Results After carrying out a series of 6S management， the work in the practice environment， ward management， first-aid supplies， equipment and other aspects was significantly higher than that before the implementation， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. After the implementation， the nurses' practice environment test score is higher than before the implementation（60.26 points vs 75.35 points）（t=-40.860， P<0.05） Conclusion The application of 6S management model in the cardiology department can effectively promote more efficient and standardized nursing management， and improve the professional environment and satisfaction of nursing staff. It can also improve the professional quality and work efficiency of nursing staff， and ultimately improve the level of nursing management.

6S管理模式最早由日本所提出，其主要基于5S管理并不斷的与时代的特征结合发展与完善，其主要内容为SEIRI（整理）、SHITSUKE（素质教育）、SECURITY（安全）、SEIKETSU（清洁）、SEITON（整顿）、SEISO（清扫）[1-2]。而在医学界的研究人员利用6S管理模式进行与临床的结合研究，通过不断的发展与完善逐渐研究出适用于医院管理的相应理论。在医院的心内科接诊的患者大部分为急症和重症的患者，并且数量非常庞大，由于科室护理人员的工作量比较大，所以平常容易出现各种各样的疑难问题，对期护理管理是医院的难点与重点部门[3-4]。而利用6S管理可以对护理人员能否依据标准开展工作制定出相应的标准，并以此达到对护理管理的有效控制。当前运用6S管理主要针对心内科护理管理的相应水平，特别针对科室中的主要环境和设备以及相关的物品进行有效的管理。……
