[摘要] 目的 探讨无缝隙护理管理在社区预防接种中的具体应用措施与效果。方法 择取2018年1月—2019年1月在该社区卫生中心进行预防接种的儿童240名作为研究对象，分为对照组和观察组。两组研究儿童的接种后不良反应发生状况与家属满意度、护理管理质量进行调研，分析护理管理的有效性。结果 观察组儿童的不良反应发生状况（0.83%）、儿童家属的满意度、护理管理质量明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在社区预防接种中，采取无缝隙护理管理方案，能够有效地降低接种的不良反应发生率，提高家属对服务的满意度，优化护理管理质量，从而达到持续质量改进的目的，值得推广。

Application of Seamless Nursing Management in Community Vaccination

[Abstract] Objective To explore the specific application measures and effects of seamless nursing management in community vaccination. Methods A total of 240 children who were vaccinated in our community health center from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group. The two groups studied children's adverse reactions after vaccination， family satisfaction， and nursing management quality. To analyze the effectiveness of nursing management. Results The incidence of adverse reactions（0.83%）， the satisfaction of the childrens family members， and the quality of care management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion In the community vaccination， seamless nursing management was adopted. The program can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of vaccination， improve family satisfaction with services， optimize the quality of nursing management， and achieve the purpose of continuous quality improvement. It is worthy of promotion.

在医药技术不断发展的状况下，部分疾病已经有了药物预防的可能。预防接种主要面向于儿童，年龄多在10岁以下，且多由社区医院或者卫生所进行[1-3]。由于其服务对象年龄的特殊性，在整个预防接种的过程中，儿童可能会出现哭闹不安的状况，使得预防接种过程受限，工作效益低下，且儿童家属对于服务质量的评价较低。在这种状况下，预防接种工作受到了较大的限制，对接种对象、接种单位以及家属均存在不利。近几年，在常规护理管理效果欠佳的状况下，提出了无缝隙护理管理方案，且取得了一定的效果。该文以2018年1月—2019年1月在該社区卫生中心进行预防接种的240名儿童为研究对象，分别运用常规护理管理与无缝隙护理管理，就护理干预的结果进行探讨，现报道如下。

1  资料与方法
