[摘要] 目的 评价柔性管理模式实行于结直肠癌手术患者护理服务工作中的意义。方法 对2015年4月—2017年10月该医院诊治的62例结直肠癌手术患者予以样本统计指标探究，区分病例方式依据抽签方法，不同组别均入组31例，实验组采用柔性管理模式，参比组采用刚性管理模式，统计相关指标。结果 两组各项指标比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。实验组护理管理效果满意度（96.77%）高于参比组（P<0.05）。结论 在结直肠癌手术患者护理服务工作中选择柔性管理模式展示较好护理管理效果。

Application of Flexible Management Model in Surgical Nursing of Colorectal Cancer

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the significance of the implementation of flexible management model in the nursing service of colorectal cancer patients. Methods From April 2015 to October 2017， 62 cases of colorectal cancer surgery patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital were investigated for sample statistical indicators. The method of distinguishing cases was based on the lottery method. Different groups were enrolled in 31 cases， and the experimental group adopted flexible management mode， the reference group adopted a rigid management mode and statistics related indicators. Results There was a significant gap between the two groups of indicators（P<0.05）. The satisfaction of nursing management effect in the experimental group（96.77%） was higher than that in the reference group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The flexible management model is selected in the nursing service work of patients with colorectal cancer surgery to show a better nursing management effect.

結直肠癌在临床诊治中并不少见，多数结直肠癌患者需要接受临床手术治疗，可将结直肠癌患者病情予以改善[1-2]。不过，手术治疗也会对结直肠癌患者带来一定手术损害，部分结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复较慢，所以，为结直肠癌患者实施临床手术治疗的同时，加强对结直肠癌手术患者的护理干预存在必要性，有助于改善结直肠癌手术患者护理管理效果，满足结直肠癌手术患者合理需求，促使结直肠癌手术患者术后早期机体康复，进而将结直肠癌手术患者预后质量予以进一步提升，促使结直肠癌手术患者术后生活质量获得明显改善[3-4]。该文将2015年4月—2017年10月该医院诊治的62例结直肠癌手术患者，主要探究柔性管理模式实行于结直肠癌手术患者护理服务工作中的价值，希望为结直肠癌手术患者的临床护理干预服务提供一定参考和依据，促进结直肠癌手术患者预后情况得以改善，报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

将该医院诊治的62例结直肠癌手术患者纳入数据值研究指标资料，区分病例方式参考抽签方法，不同组别都归入31例。……
