摘要 目的：研究围术期康复护理对髋关节置换术患者髋关节功能及睡眠状态的影响。方法：选取2016年8月至2018年10月福建医科大学附属三明第一医院骨科收治的髋关节置换术患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和對照组，每组45例。分别进行系统化和常规康复护理。比较2组术前和术后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）和Harris评分。结果：与术前比较，术后2组Harris评分显著提高，观察组患者术后1，3，6个月髋关节功能评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。与术前比较，术后2组PSQI评分降低，观察组PSQI评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：系统化康复护理更有利于髋关节置换术后患者髋关节功能的康复以及睡眠质量的提高，具有重要的临床价值。

Effect of Perioperative Rehabilitation Nursing on Sleep Status and Hip Function in Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

Abstract Objective：To study the effect of perioperative rehabilitation nursing on sleep status and hip function in patients undergoing hip replacement.Methods：A Total of 90 cases of hip replacement patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group，45 cases in each group.Systematic and routine rehabilitation nursing were carried out respectively.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）and hip function scores before and after operation were compared between the two groups.Results：Compared with preoperative，the hip function scores of the two groups were significantly improved after operation.The hip function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 1，3 and 6 months postoperatively（P<0.05）.Compared with pre-operation，the PSQI score of the two groups decreased after operation，and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Systematic rehabilitation nursing is more conducive to the rehabilitation of hip function and the improvement of sleep quality after hip replacement，and has important clinical value.

髋关节置换术已成为治疗髋关节疾患中疗效十分确切的手术方式，患者术后能够早期进行功能锻炼，可以改善髋关节术后的功能。但术后疼痛不仅给患者心理、心理等方面带来了一系列的负面影响，而且影响睡眠质量，进而影响早期康复。而系统化的康复护理更为合理有效。本研究评估了围术期系统化康复护理和常规护理对全髋关节置换术患者睡眠状态及髋关节功能的影响，研究结果如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2016年8月至2018年10月福建医科大学附属三明第一医院骨科收治的髋关节置换术患者90例作为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例。观察组使用系统化康复护理，对照组则使用常规护理方法。观察组中男24例，女21例;年龄33～80岁，平均年龄（61.79±1.50）岁;股骨头坏死28例，先天发育不良1例，股骨颈头下骨折1例，股骨颈骨折15例。对照组中男23例，女22例;年龄32～82岁，平均年龄（61.53±1.37）岁;股骨头坏死27例，先天发育不良1例，股骨颈头下骨折1例，股骨颈骨折16例。……
