摘 要 伴隨着智能时代的到来，推动智慧图书馆转型发展成了时代发展的需要，能够实现用户需求转变与图书馆价值实现。由此我们需要面向用户需求，加强战略规划与业务布局;融入信息技术，增强智能技术的敏感性;提升对图书馆员技术能力培养，提高馆员素养;激发与用户的交流活力，增强对用户技术能力的培养。在推动过程中，还要注意图书馆自身功能与作用，充分考虑图书馆的技术转换等问题，从而更好地推动智慧图书馆的转型发展。

Abstract  With the advent of intelligent era， the promotion of the transformation and development of smart libraries has become the need of development of times and enabled the transformation of user needs and the realization of library values. Therefore， we need to meet the needs of users， strengthen strategic planning and business layout， integrate information technology， enhance the sensitivity of intelligent technology， improve the cultivation of librarians' technical ability， improve the quality of librarians， stimulate the communication with users and enhance cultivation of users technical skills. In the process of promotion， we must also pay attention to the functions and roles of the library， and fully consider the issues of library technology conversion， so as to better promote the transformation and development of smart libraries.

智慧图书馆是未来图书馆的主导模式与最高形态，是驱动图书馆未来发展的主体动力要素，主要由三个主体要素相互融合发展而成，即：智能技术、智慧馆员和图书馆业务与管理系统，是图书馆的新定位、新形象、新能力。智慧图书馆是智能技术带给人类生活学习以深刻变革的典型代表，推动智慧图书馆转型发展是一项纷繁复杂的浩大工程，应该在构建个体智慧图书馆环境的基础上，处理好各流程环节间的关系，进一步向“大图书馆”智慧共同体努力。
