摘 要 高校人物档案是学校真实的历史记录，是校园文化建设的基础。以高校人物档案资源开发利用为切入点，挖掘提炼人物档案中蕴含的史料价值，参与校园智慧型景觀文化建设，培育知行合一的校园行为文化，拓展新媒体传播力，整合优化档案资源服务，弘扬大学文化，助力校园文化建设。

Abstract The college personage archives are real historical records of the school and the basis of campus culture construction. Starting from the development and utilization of college personage archives resources， this paper explores and extracts the historical material value in personage archives， participates in the smart construction of campus landscape culture， cultivates the behavior culture of the unity of knowledge and action， expands the transmission power of new media， integrates and improves the service of archives resources to carry forward college culture and boost the campus culture construction.

随着我国经济的快速发展，文化市场蓬勃兴起，文化生活随之发生了深刻的变化，一是文化思想面临着功利性的挑战。许多内容上宣扬的人生观、价值观，形式上具有强烈的商业色彩，格调上庸俗不良的社会文化冲击着我们的校园文化。拜金、享乐等错误思想和行为，对在校大学生的影响越来越强烈。二是网络文化、文化信息化的挑战。由于网络的开放性和交互性，网上信息夹杂着不少消极的内容，对大学生的思想观念、价值取向等易产生负面影响。因此，加强高校人物档案的开发利用，有利于弘扬正向的大学文化，有利于校园文化建设。

一、高校人物档案的概念及内涵

高校人物档案是高校人物在从事教学、科研、党政管理、学习生活、后勤管理、参与社会活动等方面形成的各种载体形式的档案与资料。……
