摘 要 互联网以及信息技术的进步和发展，对各行各业造成了冲击，在信息化大潮的冲击之下，各行业的生产、工作方式都发生了翻天覆地的变化。其中，传统档案已经转变为网络数字化档案存储形式，管理方式也发生了巨大的转变。高校档案记录着学校教学活动、科研活动、党政管理以及其他各项活动。本文在数字化背景下分析高校声像档案的管理与利用，着重分析声像档案的特点以及使用价值，以期为高校做好声像档案管理提供参考。

Abstract The progress and development of the Internet and information technology has impacted all walks of life. Under the impact of the information tide， the production and working methods of all walks of life have undergone tremendous changes. Among them， the traditional archives have been transformed into the form of network digital archives storage， and the management mode has also undergone tremendous changes. College archives record school teaching activities， scientific research activities， party and government management and other activities. This paper analyzes the management and utilization of audio-visual archives in colleges and universities under the background of digitization， focusing on the characteristics and utilization value of audio-visual archives in hope of providing reference for the management of audio-visual archives in colleges and universities.

信息时代的到来，标志着传播媒介从二维走向了多维模式。科技的进步使得更多的新技术、新手段应用到社会各界的发展和工作中来。人类记录的载体从二维纸质的文字表达走向了多维立体的声音影像，甚至是AI全息影像的记录，记录的内容更加客观、真实、立体，因此催生了声像档案。当下声像档案成为我国档案记录的重要模式，档案管理方式也随之发生改变，尤其是在科技、人文汇聚的高校，如何利用数字化做好高校声像档案管理成为我们探究的热门课题。
