摘要 目的：研究分析在哮喘住院患者護理中给予综合护理干预对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：选取2018年2月至2019年2月山东省五莲县人民医院呼吸与危重医学科收治的哮喘住院患者100例作为研究对象，将护理方式不同分为观察组与观察组，每组50例，观察组给予综合性护理干预，对照组则采取常规护理，分别统计2组患者护理结果。结果：观察组患者护理满意率低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组患者干预后睡眠质量评分高于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对哮喘住院患者给予综合护理干预，能改善患者睡眠质量，并进一步提高患者的护理满意度。

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Improvement of Sleep Quality in Patients with Asthma

Abstract Objective：To study and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on sleep quality of patients with asthma.Methods：A total of 100 cases with asthma as the research object selected from February 2018 to February 2019 with breathing and critically ill medicine in wulian county of shandong province people′s hospital were divided into observation group and observation according to different care ways，50 cases in each group，the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention，control group take routine nursing care，nursing results statistical 2 groups of patients，respectively.Results：The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The sleep quality score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of patients with asthma.

哮喘属于一种常见的疾病，在临床上，该病具有进展性、迁延性的特点，患者一般病程较长，在急性发作后，需要理解给予紧急救治。而对于哮喘住院患者而言，由于临床喘息、气促等症状间歇性发作，对患者睡眠质量造成了严重的影响，进而影响治疗效果[1]。因此在临床上需要给予患者必要的护理干预，在常规护理过程中，仅针对患者药物依从性、身体各项检查等方面进行护理，忽略了患者的睡眠质量，因此患者护理满意率一般较低。综合性护理干预则属于一种系统性的护理，能从生理、心理两方面对患者进行干预，有助于患者护理满意率的提升，本研究特对本院哮喘住院患者应用不同护理方案，通过对照分析综合性护理干预的应用价值。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取2018年2月至2019年2月山东省五莲县人民医院呼吸与危重医学科收治的哮喘住院患者100例作为研究……
