摘要 目的：观察黄芪建中汤治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的疗效及作用机制。方法：选取福建省莆田市秀屿区医院收治的脾胃虚寒型消化道溃疡患者100例作为研究对象，随机分成对照组和观察组，每组50例。2组患者均接受消化科常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪建中汤，治疗4周后观察2组治疗的临床療效、症状积分、药物不良反应、血浆MTL及SS水平的变化、溃疡复发以及睡眠质量情况。结果：1）治疗后观察组有效率90.00%，对照组有效率70.00%，2组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;2）治疗后，观察组症状积分、血浆MTL水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;血浆SS水平均较对照组明显上升，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;3）随访1年后，溃疡复发情况比较，观察组为2例（4.0%），对照组5例（10.0%），观察组溃疡复发率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;4）治疗后，观察组睡眠质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：黄芪建中汤可有效脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床症状，并进一步改善患者的睡眠质量，促进病情恢复，值得推广。

Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on Spleen and Stomach Deficiency and Cold Type Digestive Tract Ulcer and Sleep Quality

Abstract Objective：To observe the effect and mechanism of huangqi jianzhong decoction on peptic ulcer of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach.Methods：A total of 100 patients with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold type digestive tract ulcer admitted to xiuyu district hospital in putian city，fujian province，were randomly divided into control group and observation group，each with 50 cases.All the patients in the two groups received routine treatment in the department of gastroenterology.The observation group was treated with huangqi jianzhong decoction on the basis of routine treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment，the clinical efficacy，symptom scores，adverse drug reactions，changes in plasma MTL and SS levels，ulcer recurrence and sleep quality in the two groups were observed.Results：1）after treatment，the effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group，70.00% in the control group，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2）after treatment，symptom scores and plasma MTL levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group，with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.The plasma SS level was significantly higher than that of the control group，with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.3）after 1 year of follow-up，compared with the control group，there were 2 cases（4.0%）in the observation group and 5 cases（10.0%）in the control group.The ulcer recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，with a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.4）after treatment，the sleep quality of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group，with a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）.Conclusion：huangqi jianzhong decoction can effectively treat the clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer with deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach，further improve the sleep quality of patients，and promote the recovery of the disease，which is worth popularizing.

中医学认为，消化性溃疡属于“胃脘痛”，有多种中医类型，如寒痛、瘀痛、热痛、气痛、虚痛等，其中以脾胃虚寒型居多[1]。有临床研究证明，消化性溃疡不仅影响患者的肠胃健康，同时还会由于疾病的痛苦导致患者的情绪失落，从而引起失眠等症状。近年来临床上首选质子泵抑制剂（Proton Pump Inhibitors，PPI）来抑酸控制溃疡，但发现部分PPI具有损伤肝、肾功能等不良反应，加大了临床上溃疡治疗的难度。故寻找疗效好不良反应小的治疗方案变得十分重要，中药汤剂的治疗价值引起了人们的关注。选取福建省莆田市秀屿区医院收治的脾胃虚寒型消化道溃疡患者100例作为研究对象，现将结果报道如下。

1 资料与方法
