摘  要：研究生教育学生对导师的满意程度是衡量研究生培养质量的重要指标之一，为了探究研究生教育学生对导师满意度影响因素，采用因子分析的方法，详细分析研究生教育学生对导师满意度，确定研究生教育导师指导满意度评价的指标体系。对研究生教育学生对导师满意度影响因素的不同作用效果调查，并对调查数据进一步统计分析，提取出影响研究生教育学生对导师满意度评价的四个公共因子，依据分析结果提出提升当前研究生教育质量的建议。

Abstract： Postgraduate education students' satisfaction with their supervisors is one of the important indexes to measure the quality of postgraduate education. The paper aims to explore factors which affect the satisfaction of postgraduate students with their supervisors. First， factor analysis method was adopted to analyze the postgraduate education students' satisfaction with their supervisors in detail， and then the index system for evaluating the supervisors' guides satisfaction in postgraduate education was built. An investigation was launched into the effects of different factors on the postgraduate education students' satisfaction with their supervisors. Based on the analysis， the four common factors that affect the evaluation of postgraduate students' satisfaction with supervisors are extracted. Accordingly， some suggestions are put forward for improving the postgraduate education quality.

一、概述

研究生教育是我國教育体系中至关重要的一部分，现阶段我国研究生教育已逐步由快速发展阶段过渡到内涵建设阶段，提升质量成为推动研究生教育发展的核心。当前对研究生的培养实行的是导师制，导师制作为一种有效的培养方式，在研究生培养期间发挥着重要作用。导师是这一制度的具体实施者其水平和能力直接影响研究生的教育质量，研究生对导师的满意程度是衡量研究生教育质量的重要指标之一，也是评价研究生教育质量的有效方式。学生满意度是在顾客满意度理论基础上延伸而来的，不同研究视角下对学生满意度的定义、界定也大不相同。文献[1]认为学生满意度是指在接受教育服务之后，学生通过对其实际体验感受与其预期的期望对比后所产生的一种心理状态。……
