摘 要：顶岗实习是职业院校人才培养方案中的重要环节，对学生的发展起着重要的作用。但顶岗实习中的诸多客观原因，导致了以往“放羊式”的粗放型管理，使实习活动出现了“学生监管困难、考核评价失真、安全事故频发”等严重的问题。文章主要围绕借用实习管理平台这个工具来对顶岗实习全过程开展精细化管理进行探究，阐述了实习管理平台在顶岗实习管理过程中发挥的重要作用，为顶岗实习精细化管理的顺利实施提供着有力支持。

Abstract： Post practice is an important link in the talent training program of vocational colleges and plays an important role in the development of students. But many objective reasons in the practice of taking post lead to the extensive management of "sheep-herding" in the past， which caused the serious problems such as "the difficulty of supervising students， the distortion of assessment and evaluation， the frequent occurrence of safety accidents". This paper mainly focuses on the use of internship management platform as a tool to explore the whole process of on-the-job internship fine management， expounding the important role played by the internship management platform in the process of on-the-job internship management， it provides strong support for the smooth implementation of fine management of post practice.

1 前言

《國家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》中明确指出我国的职业教育要推行“工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习”的职业人才培养模式。职业院校开展的顶岗实习活动是专业人才培养方案中实践教学的必备环节，是工学结合的重要体现，是校企联合培养学生的关键过程。通过顶岗实习可使学生的岗位意识和服务意识逐渐形成，专业技能得到快速提升，学生身份与职业角色无缝对接。

当前顶岗实习存在实习参与主体多元化、地点分散化、实习内容多样化、考核考评价形式化等特点，决定了实习管理工作的特殊性和复杂性。在顶岗实习阶段，职业院校对学生实施管理时长期存在严重的难以解决的问题，使顶岗实习流于形式，成了“放羊式”的顶岗实习。“放羊式”的顶岗实习既无法保证实习质量，也给学生、学校、企业和社会带来潜在的安全隐患，因此，对顶岗实习学生进行精细化管理势在必行。……
