摘 要：信息素养教育是现代高校教学人才培养中非常重要的一部分，旨在培养学生批判性的筛选、利用信息资源，解决问题的能力。近年来，信息素养教育虽得到民办高校的重视，却依然存在诸多问题，因此对所存在问题进行分析，并从图书馆资源结构调整、馆员素质提升、学生个人意识提升和教学等方面提出大学生信息素养提升的路径。

Abstract：Information literacy education is a very important part of the training of teaching talents in modern universities. It aims to cultivate students' ability to critically screen， utilize information resources and solve problems. In recent years， although information literacy education has received the attention of private colleges and universities， there are still many problems. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems， and from the aspects of library resource structure adjustment， librarian quality improvement， student personal awareness improvement， and teaching. The path of improving the information literacy of college students is proposed.

一、前言

信息素养的概念目前公认最早是由美国学者麦克库劳于1994年提出，之后经历了各国学者们不断丰富和细化，学界普遍认同其核心内容分为四个部分：包括信息意识、信息知识、信息能力和信息道德。

2000年，美国大学与研究图书馆协会（ACRL）标准委员会评议通过针对全美高校提出《高等教育信息素养能力标准》，该标准体系包括5大标准及其下22个表现指标[1]。根据该能力标准，信息素养是在符合社会道德和相关法律的前提下，根据需要去获取信息，批判性筛选、评估信息资源，有效利用信息实现个人和团体的目标的能力。信息素养教育是围绕如何提高大学生获取、整理、分析、判断、评价、利用信息的能力的教育活动，随着大数据时代和“去中心化” “泛在化”媒体时代的来临，信息素养教育水平的高低决定了大学生是否善于查询、筛选、分析广漠而又繁杂的网络信息资源并最终为我所用，从而影响大学生对信息知识的获取及批判性吸收。……
