摘要：随着我国改革开放成果的不断巩固，我国与其他国家的交流愈发密切，英语作为世界范围内的通用语，我国对于外语人才的需求量不断增加，所以我国一直以来都十分重视英语教学，并将英语科目作为了义务教育的重点科目之一。英语教学不应该仅仅提高学生的学习成绩，更重要的是提高学生的学习能力和英语核心素养，所以传统枯燥刻板的教学模式已经不利于现代英语人才的培养，对教学工作进行改革已经迫在眉睫。课堂导入是一种激发学生学习积极性和主动性的有效方式，对于英语教学工作的开展有着积极作用。所以本文就对初中英语教学的课堂导入工作进行分析，探讨课堂导入的有效策略和方法，促进我国初中英语教学工作的有效开展。

Abstract： With the continuous consolidation of the achievements of China’s reform and opening up， China’s exchanges with other countries are getting closer. As a lingua franca worldwide， China’s demand for foreign language talents continues to increase， so China has always attached great importance to English teaching; and regarded English subjects as one of the key subjects of compulsory education. English teaching should not only improve students’ academic performance， but more importantly， improve their learning ability and English core literacy. Therefore， the traditional boring and rigid teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of modern English talents; and it is urgent to reform the teaching work. Classroom introduction is an effective way to stimulate students’ enthusiasm and initiative in learning， and has a positive effect on the development of English teaching. Therefore， this article analyzes the classroom introduction of junior middle school English teaching， explores effective strategies and methods of classroom introduction， and promotes the effective development of junior middle school English teaching in China.

一、前言

英语作为我国重要的基础学科，对于英语人才的培养至关重要，所以我国从小学阶段就开始了英语教育，为学生的英语学习打下坚实的基础。在我国的初中英语教学工作中，由于英语知识的难度增加，对于学生的思维等方面的素质要求也更高，所以很多学生在学习时会面临更多的困难，在这种情况下要求教师必须要改变教学的理念和教学方法，对教学工作进行创新。在英语课堂教学中，教师为了提高教学的有效性，需要采用课堂导入的方式，提高学生的学习积极性和主动性，这对于初中英语教学工作的开展十分有利。……
