摘 要 互联网的发展带来了外贸行业的大规模升级转型，包括跨境电商在内的新外贸、新业态不断发展，新型外语外贸人才需求不断增加的同时，其人才培养模式仍存在问题。本研究针对浙江省外语外贸相关行业企业人才需求情况，通过问卷和访谈形式进行调研，从而构建商务外语人才模型和立体化育人模式，为面向行业就业的商务外语教育教学提供对策和建议。

Abstract The development of the Internet has brought about large-scale transformation and upgrading of the international trade industry and international trade forms and business forms have continuously developed. With the increasing demand for the new foreign languages and trade talents， there are still problems in its personnel training mode. Based on the needs of enterprises in foreign trade related industries in Zhejiang Province， the research was conducted by questionnaire and interview， so as to build a talent model of business foreign languages and a three-dimensional cultivating mode， and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching of business foreign languages that suits the employment.

隨着互联网时代的发展和产业结构的融合升级，企业对从业者职业能力要求越来越多样化和细致化。当前，传统外语外贸行业进行产业大规模转型升级，以杭州市为例，杭州综示区2018年发布了“新外贸新服务新制造”计划，旨在培育新型业态模式，培育跨境电商新型外贸，促进产业融合。根据《杭州市2016-2017年度跨境电商产业紧缺人才需求目录》的大数据分析，2018年，杭州跨境电商企业中，有61%的企业需求增加。而其中，最受产业青睐的四类人才中，具有较强外语能力，且具备多语种能力，具有较高的外文口语、读写能力的人才位列第二，其余三类人才分别为具有外贸知识和平台运营技能人才，计算机技术人才和具有实际操作能力的跨境电商专业人才。

虽然新业态背景下的新型外语外贸人才需求增加，但是根据2017年《浙江省电子商务人才发展报告》研究，目前浙江省电子商务人才发展任存在较大问题。……
