摘 要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步，人们对生活质量的要求越来越高，对身体健康也越来越重视。蔬菜中的农药残留会对人们的健康造成很大威胁，也会影响蔬菜的销售和出口，因此种植绿色蔬菜是新时代的重要要求。但是目前市面上仍然有农药残留、农药含量超标的蔬菜，给人们的生命健康安全造成了不良影响。本文将探讨研究出现蔬菜农残问题的原因，并提出解决对策，希望能够改善蔬菜市场环境，保障人们的身体健康。

Abstract：With the development of the times and the progress of the society， people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of life and more and more attention to physical health. Pesticide residues in vegetables will pose a great threat to peoples health， and also affect the sales and export of vegetables. Therefore， planting green vegetables is an important requirement of the new era. But at present， there are still some vegetables with pesticide residues and pesticide content exceeding the standard on the market， which has a negative impact on peoples health and safety. This paper will explore the causes of pesticide residues in vegetables， analyze and put forward countermeasures， hoping to improve the vegetable market environment and protect peoples health.

现代生活水平的提高使人们更加注重生活质量，对生活条件的要求也越来越严格。在日常生活中，蔬菜是必不可少的食物，因此为保证人们的身体健康，满足广大民众对绿色蔬菜的要求，国家对蔬菜农残的管控也越来越严格。但造成蔬菜农药残留的因素是多种多样的，需要积极探讨分析，找到应对的措施。

1 蔬菜农残检测的重要性

要保证人们食用的是绿色蔬菜，实现蔬菜的无污染、无公害，就必須要对蔬菜进行农残检测。合理、有效的检测手段能够对蔬菜中是否含有农药、生长激素，农药的类型和含量进行检测和判定，将农药含量超标的蔬菜剔除市场，避免对人们的健康造成威胁。另外，虽然我国是农作物生产和出口大国，但是蔬菜农残检测技术刚起步不久，和发达国家相比还有很大差距，如果不提高农残检测技术水平，对蔬菜进行农残检测，可能会因为农药含量超标而影响出口，对我国的经济和国际形象造成不良影响。……
