【摘要】 目的：探討吉西他滨、顺铂方案双途径化疗联合体外高频深部热疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法：回顾分析2017年10月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例，按治疗方式分组，对照组40例接受常规化疗，研究组40例接受吉西他滨、顺铂方案双途径化疗联合体外高频深部热疗。比较两组治疗效果、生存率及不良反应发生率。结果：研究组总有效率为85.71%，高于对照组的60.00%（P<0.05）。随访3、6个月，研究组生存率分别为80.00%、70.00%，均高于对照组的55.00%、37.50%（P<0.05）。研究组不良反应发生率为25.00%，对照组不良反应发生率为26.67%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者接受吉西他滨、顺铂方案双途径化疗联合体外高频深部热疗方式治疗，可提升生存率，且近期效果理想，安全性高。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of two-way chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin combined with high frequency hyperthermia in vitro in the treatment of locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Method： A retrospective analysis was performed on 80 patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to January 2019. They were grouped according to the treatment mode， 40 patients in the control group received conventional chemotherapy， and 40 patients in the study group received two-way chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin combined with high frequency hyperthermia in vitro. The curative effect， survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 85.71%， which was higher than 60.00% of the control group （P<0.05）. The patients were followed up for 3 and 6 months， the survival rate of the study group were 80.00%， 70.00%， which were higher than 55.00%， 37.50% of the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was 25.00%， compared with 26.67% of the control group， and the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）. Conclusion： Two-way chemotherapy with Gemcitabine and Cisplatin combined with high frequency hyperthermia in vitro can improve the survival rate of patients with locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer， and the short-term effect is ideal， with high safety.

肺癌为临床恶性肿瘤疾病中较常见的一种。受人们生活方式、环境变化等多种因素的影响，肺癌发病率、死亡率均呈逐年上升趋势，已成为恶性肿瘤患者死亡的主要原因之一。数据显示，约80%以上的肺癌患者均属于非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）[1]。由于大部分患者在确诊时已处于晚期阶段，因而错失手术治疗的最佳时机，临床首选放化疗治疗方式。若能确保放化疗方案的合理性，可显著提升治疗安全性和近期效果。但近年发现，针对非小细胞肺癌患者仅采取化疗措施，临床效果欠佳[1]。相关报道指出，吉西他滨、顺铂方案双途径化疗联合体外高频深部热疗的效果比常规化疗更理想[1]。但目前相关报道极少，因此本文纳入80例局部晚期非小细胞肺癌患者进行研究，报道如下。……
