【摘要】 目的：觀察静脉留置针规范化培训的临床效果。方法：选择2018年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院60例护士进行研究，将其随机分为研究组与对照组，各30例。对照组实施常规护理培训，研究组进行静脉留置针规范化培训。比较两组考核成绩、穿刺情况及满意度。结果：研究组护士专业水平及专业知识评分均高于对照组，护理不良事件次数少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组一次性穿刺成功率为90.00%，提前拔管率为18.00%，贴膜固定有效率为92.00%，均高于对照组的72.00%、36.00%、76.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组留置时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组总满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对护士进行静脉留置针规范化培训，并配合良好的护理措施，可有效延长留置时间，提高贴膜固定有效率，患者满意度较高，值得应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the clinical effect of standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle. Method： A total of 60 nurses in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected for the study and randomly divided into the study group and the control group， with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing training， and the study group received standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle. The examination results， puncture situation and satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result： The professional level and professional knowledge score of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group， and the number of nursing adverse events was lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. In the study group， the one-time puncture success rate， early extubation rate and the effective rate of film fixation were 90.00%， 18.00% and 92.00%， respectively， which were all higher than 72.00%， 36.00% and 76.00% of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The indwelling time of the study group was longer than that of control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total satisfaction of the study group was 96.00%， which was higher than 80.00% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Standardized training on intravenous indwelling needle for nurses， combined with good nursing measures， can effectively extend the indwelling time， improve the efficiency of film fixation， and the patient satisfaction is high， which is worthy of application.

随着临床医学的不断进步，静脉留置针在静脉穿刺中能够有效减少输液中的穿刺次数，能够降低对浅静脉的穿刺损伤，减轻患者痛苦，并减少护理人员的工作量，在临床上受到广泛应用，目前应用较为普遍[1]。近年来静脉留置针作为传统头皮针的替代产品，已经获得普遍认可应用，但笔者所在医院通过对护理人员进行调查，发现部分临床护理人员对留置针的相关操作不够规范，从而导致穿刺成功率低、并发症高[2]。本文探讨了静脉留置针规范化培训的临床效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取笔者所在医院2018年6月-2019年6月60例护士，纳入标准：均为笔者所在医院工作1年以上护士。排除标准：实习护士。将其随机分为研究组与对照组，各30例。对照组护士：男3例，女27例;年龄25～55岁，平均（38.85±2.54）岁。研究组护士：男4例，女26例;年龄25～54岁，平均（38.45±2.43）岁。两组均同时选择50例患者进行研究，纳入标准：均符合静脉留置针要求。排除标准：无法积极配合研究者。……
