摘 要：本文根据“互联网+不动产登记”的要求，结合不动产登记部门的实际需求，设计互联网+不动产登记信息共享平台。其间将不动产登记系统产生的数据与房产交易系统、税务系统等数据进行交换及共享，同时以信息共享平台为基础，结合互联网技术，建立便民服务系统，作为信息发布和对外提供服务的平台，为公众提供自助查询及网上浏览办事等服务。

Abstract： According to the requirements of "Internet + real estate registration"， this paper combined the actual needs of the real estate registration department to design an Internet + real estate registration information sharing platform. During this period， the data generated by the real estate registration system was exchanged and shared with the real estate transaction system， taxation system and other data， at the same time， based on the information sharing platform， combined with Internet technology， a convenient service system was established as a platform for information release and external service provision， providing the public with self-service inquiry and online browsing services.

《国务院办公厅关于压缩不动产登记办理时间的通知》（国办发〔2019〕8号）指出，按照“放管服”改革要求，基于数据共享交换平台，建立部门间信息共享集成机制，加强部门协作和信息互联互通，提高信息质量和利用效率，推进“互联网+不动产登记”[1]。因此，各地市县不动产登记中心应积极推行和建立互联网+信息共享平台，实现各部门数据实时共享，推行跨部门业务联办，提高群众办事效率。

信息共享平台建设是将不动產登记系统产生的数据与房产交易系统、税务系统等数据进行推送;与此同时，不动产登记部门能够直接获取共享的房产交易、税务等信息，避免重复录入;在信息交换和共享的基础上，整合房产交易、办税、不动产登记相关业务流程。在信息共享平台的基础上，要结合互联网技术，建立便民服务系统，作为不动产登记中心信息发布和集中对外提供服务的平台，提供微信公众号，向公众发布各类公开信息，同时提供自助查询服务，方便公众在线查询各项业务信息[2-3]，实现“信息多跑路”，避免“百姓多跑腿”。……
