摘要目的：分析精细化管理在风湿免疫性疾病患者护理中的效果。方法：选取2017年6月至2019年6月山东大学齐鲁医院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者88例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组，每组44例。对照组进行常规的临床护理干预，观察组则进行精细化管理护理干预。比较2组的护理满意度、自我管理评分及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）]評分。结果：观察组的护理满意度及自我管理评分显著高于对照组，PSQI评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论：精细化管理可显著改善风湿免疫性疾病患者的睡眠质量及疾病治疗效果，值得在临床中应用。

The Application of Fine Management in the Nursing of Rheumatic Immune Disease REN Fenfen

AbstractObjective：To analyze the effect of fine management in the nursing care of patients with rheumatic immune diseasesMethods：A total of 88 patients with rheumatoid immune diseases admitted to Qilu hospital of shandong university from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjectsAccording to the number table method，they were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 44 patients in each groupThe control group was treated with routine clinical nursing intervention，while the observation group was treated with fine management nursing interventionNursing satisfaction，selfmanagement scores，and Sleep Quality were compared between the two groups[Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）]Results：The nursing satisfaction and selfmanagement scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，and the PSQI scores were significantly lower than those of the control group，with statistically significant differences（P<005）.Conclusion：Fine management can significantly improve the sleep quality and the therapeutic effect in patients with rheumatoid immune diseases，which is worthy of clinical application.

风湿性免疫疾病是指侵犯关节、肌肉以及骨骼等的疾病，患者常见的疾病症状是系统性血管炎，关节病变等。在临床上表现为骨关节炎、强直性脊柱炎以及痛风等疾病，对患者的身体健康造成严重的影响。疾病诱发因素也是较为复杂，目前医学界未能明确疾病诱发机制，在疾病诊断过程中需要解决多种问题。例如药物因素、产后过劳、感染因素、意外创伤以及体弱多病等因素，这些都会导致患者出现风湿性免疫疾病[12]。而为了改善患者的疾病治疗情况和生命质量，护理人员需要对患者实施高水准的临床护理，从而提高疾病的治疗效果。精细化管理可以给患者提供良好的护理服务，选取我院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者88例作为研究对象，现将结果报道如下。
