摘  要：在当前城市快速发展的新形势下，由于城市建设用地十分紧缺，在这种情况下，城市建筑开始向高层和超高层方向发展。随着高层民用建筑的增多，建筑能耗高的问题也越来越受到关注。在当前高层民用建筑设计过程中，需要重视绿色建筑设计理念的应用，进一步提高高层民用建筑的节能性、环保性，从而为居民打造一个良好的居住环境。文章从绿色建筑内涵入手，分析了高层民用建筑中绿色建筑设计的基本要求，并进一步阐述了高层民用建筑设计中绿色建筑设计的应用。

Abstract： Under the new situation of the rapid development of the city， due to the shortage of urban construction land， urban buildings begin to develop in the direction of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings. With the increase of high-rise civil buildings， the problem of high energy consumption of buildings has been paid more and more attention. In the current design process of high-rise civil buildings， we need to pay attention to the application of green building design concept， and further improve the energy saving and environmental protection of high-rise civil buildings， so as to create a good living environment for residents. Starting with the connotation of green building， this paper analyzes the basic requirements of green building design in high-rise civil buildings， and further expounds the application of green building design in high-rise civil building design.

前言

随着居民生活水平的提高，人们在注重建筑质量和安全的同时，对于建筑居住环境提出了更高的要求。基于这种新形势下，绿色建筑概念被提出，其是运用绿色节能环保型的材料来进行建筑施工，充分的运用自然资源，在施工过程中降低对周围环境的影响，有效的降低建筑能耗，并通过为人们打造一个更健康、安全、节能和环保的居住环境。因此在当前高层建筑设计过程中，需要重视绿色建筑设计理念的应用，以此来提升高层民用建筑的生态化水平。

1 绿色建筑内涵

随着人们环保意识的提升，近几年绿色建筑也越来越受到重视。绿色建筑设计理念也开始频繁在建筑设计中进行应用。绿色建筑设计理念主要以节约能源、节约资源、回归自然等内容为主，即在建筑设计过程中，在结合当地气候条件进行平面和总体布局，充分的利用太阳能和自然通风，降低建筑暖通空间的应用。……
