摘  要：近年来，中国在乌兹别克斯坦承揽的工程项目越来越多，其中改造类小型水电站项目数量增速较快。此类项目中的机电设备安装质量将直接影响水电站的正常运行，这就要求在施工过程中加强对机电设备安装工程的质量管理。文章对水电站机电设备安装特点进行总结，并提出相应的水电站机电设备安装质量管理措施，以期对保障水电站机电设备的有序运行提供参考。

Abstract： In recent years， China has contracted more and more projects in Uzbekistan， among which the number of retrofit small hydropower projects is growing rapidly. The installation quality of electromechanical equipment in this kind of project will directly affect the normal operation of hydropower station， which requires strengthening the quality management of electromechanical equipment installation project in the process of construction. This paper summarizes the installation characteristics of the electromechanical equipment of the hydropower station， and puts forward the corresponding quality management measures for the installation of the electromechanical equipment of the hydropower station， in order to provide reference for ensuring the orderly operation of the electromechanical equipment of the hydropower station.

前言

随着社会经济的不断发展，各国对电力的需求明显增加，水电站作为可再生电力资源的实现载体，其建设与运行得到世界各国的关注。在乌兹别克斯坦社会经济不断进步的背景下，发展水电站、满足供应电力需求已成为当前紧迫任务。本项目是中国电建驻乌兹别克斯坦的重点项目，需改造水电站始建于上个世纪30-40年代，在70年代曾进行过电气化改造，由于年代久远，设施损坏，部分电站已停止供电，该项目的建设旨在对现有水电项目进行升级改造，提升其自动化水平。资金来源为中国进出口银行贷款，业主为乌兹别克斯坦水电控股公司。合同为交钥匙（设计+采购+施工总承包）形式。由于是升级改造类项目，因此，提高施工技术、控制质量是本项目的重点内容。
