装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工技术的研究

摘 要:针对当前装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工中存在的问题,分析装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接原理和其施工工艺流程,从灌浆料的抗压强度偏低、预制剪力墙吊装完后套筒钢筋误差大、灌浆时排浆孔不出浆、灌浆料饱满度不够、灌浆料饱满度检测等存在的问题进行分析与思考解决,以更利于钢筋连接受力与结构的安全。

Abstract: In view of the problems existing in the current construction of grout sleeve splicing of rebars in prefabricated buildings, this paper analyzes the principle and construction process of grout sleeve splicing of rebars in prefabricated buildings, from the following problems: the low compressive strength of cementitious grout, the large error of rebars in sleeve after the hoisting of prefabricated shear wall, the lack of cementitious grout in vent for grouting during grouting, the insufficient fullness of cementitious grout, and the detection of the fullness of cementitious grout. The problems are analyzed and solved in order to be more conducive to the stress of rebar splicing and the safety of the structure.

随着我国建筑工业化进程加快,由于装配式建筑适应了建筑工业化的发展,因此占比越来越大。而钢筋采取套筒灌浆连接技术是装配式建筑的关键技术之一,其连接质量对受力性能影响非常大,因而确保装配式建筑套筒灌浆连接施工质量显得尤为重要。
1 装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接原理[1]
装配式建筑中钢筋采用套筒灌浆连接,由带肋钢筋、套筒和灌浆料形成。装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接原理是将带肋钢筋插入铸造完成的中空型套筒内对接,在钢筋以及套筒之间注入高强、早强且填充微膨胀的灌浆料,灌浆料的微膨胀特性使钢筋与套筒内侧筒壁形成较大的正向应力,在带肋钢筋的粗糙表面产生较大的摩擦力,以传递钢筋的轴向力。
2 装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆连接施工工艺流程[2-3]
(1)灌漿孔与排浆孔检查。套筒内如果不畅通会导致灌浆料填充不满整个套筒,造成钢筋连接不符合规范与设计要求。……
