摘  要：在高校公共体育课中，乒乓球教学是重要的组成部分。近年来，心理训练在各个领域被广泛运用，当然教育体系也不例外，将心理训练运用到高校乒乓球教学中可以有效调节运动员的心理状态，同时还可以稳定学生技术水平的发挥，让其在比赛中取得好成绩。相关实践证明，心理训练、身体素质与战术训练同样重要。本文主要分析心理训练在高校公共体育课乒乓球教学中的作用，并进一步阐述高校乒乓球学生在心理素质方面存在的问题，最后探讨相应的运用对策。

Research on the role of psychological training in table tennis teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract： Table tennis teaching is an important part of college public physical education. In recent years， psychological training has been widely used in various fields， of course， the education system is no exception. Applying psychological training to table tennis teaching in Colleges and universities can effectively regulate the psychological state of athletes， at the same time， it can stabilize the technical level of students and make them achieve good results in the competition. Relevant practice has proved that psychological training is as important as physical quality and tactical training. This paper mainly analyzes the role of psychological training in table tennis teaching of Public Physical Education in Colleges and universities， and further expounds the problems existing in the psychological quality of table tennis students in Colleges and universities， and finally discusses the corresponding application countermeasures.

1  心理訓练在高校公共体育课乒乓球教学中的作用

1.1 有利于帮助学生树立信心

在乒乓球比赛中，选手经常会出现紧张的情绪，这样会导致其难以发挥出正常水平。特别是在比分落后的情况下，甚至会出现过早放弃比赛的现象，这样的问题通常都是因为选手过于紧张的原因导致的。而良好的心理训练可以帮助学生树立目标，加强其自信心，使学生有良好的心态来对待比赛。

1.2 有利于培养学生意志品质

乒乓球比赛对选手脑力和体力的要求都较高，而这就需要选手有极强的意志和毅力，因为这样才可以克服疲劳，最后取得胜利。相关教学实践表明，运用多元化且有针对性的心理训练可以使乒乓球学生在比赛中依靠坚强的意识品质与斗志来接受训练，不会为暂时的胜利而冲昏头脑，也不会为失利而失去胜利的信心。……
