摘  要 生理学实验课是生物学相关专业重要的实践课。作为传统的教学实践课，该课程存在教学手段老化、内容单一、学生主动性差、实验报告质量低和抄袭现象严重等问题。针对这些问题，提出建立科研模式的生理学实验教学，从教学方式、内容设置、考评方法和学风培养等方面深入探讨，期望提高学生生理学实验的学习质量，培养学生创新实践能力，以充分发挥实验教学在高素质本科生人才培养中的作用。

Abstract Physiology experiment course is an important and traditio-nal practice subject of biological majors. There are some shortco-mings in teaching and training of students such as aging teaching methods， simple contents， poor student initiative， low quality of experimental reports and serious plagiarism. To improve training performance of students and cultivate their innovative ability and skills， this paper introduced a novel teaching mode for physiology experiment skills training based on the scientific research logistic and theory. The mode with teaching targets， main contents， academicvirtue and assessment method were described extensively. The study will promote the contribution of physiology experiment training to qualified undergraduates.

1 前言

生理学实验课是生物学相关学科重要的实践课，是工科院校生命科学相关专业必修的实践课。生理学实验课是对生理现象及理论知识的重现或验证，实验内容固定，方法传统。当今科学发展日新月异，对各方面知识都提出创新，要求与时俱进。国家规划指出将“创新”作为必须牢固树立的首要发展理念，要“提高高校教学水平和创新能力”，“加快形成有利于创新发展的人才培养机制”[1]，提出“加快教育现代化，实现高等教育内涵式发展”的目标。生理学实验内容方法的相对固定与科技要求创新发展之间存在矛盾。本文分析生理学实验教学存在的问题，结合国内知名高校的授课模式体验，对工科院校生理学实验课改革提出一些建议。

2 生理学实验教学主要问题及原因分析

各个学校根据自己的专业特点，设置了不同的生理学实验教学内容和教学时长，但在实施过程中也暴露出许多问题。……
