摘  要 目前传统教学存在教学知识更新不及时，教学方法欠缺调动学习积极性的有效手段，教学环节方面只重视课堂教学，忽略课前的准备与课后复习巩固。互联网技术的不断发展，为开展SPOC打下了坚实的基础，基于教学平台的SPOC教学利于提供立体化的教学资源与动态的教学数据，为精准教学提供客观依据。而医院与学校联合有利于制定精准的课程标准，及时更新教学内容，获取典型临床案例，为实施精准教学夯实基础。

Abstract At present， there are some problems in traditional teaching， such as the lack of timely updating of teaching knowledge， the lack of effective means to mobilize learning enthusiasm. Educators only emphasis on classroom teaching， neglecting the pre-class prepara-tion and after-class review and consolidation. The continuous deve-lopment of Internet technology has laid a solid foundation for SPOC. SPOC teaching model based on the teaching platform is conducive to provide three-dimensional teaching resources and dynamic tea-ching data， and provide  objective basis for precision teaching. The combination of hospital and college is conducive to the formulation of precise curriculum standards， update the teaching content time， acquisition of the typical clinical cases， and consolidate the founda-tion for the implementation of precise teaching.

1 前言

教育部2018年4月發布《教育信息化2.0行动计划》，强调要推进新技术与教育教学的深度融合，以信息化引领构建以学生为中心的全新教育生态，要设计教育改革发展蓝图，积极探索新模式，推进新技术支持下的教育教学创新。信息化教学有助于实施精准教学，同时利于教师对准确地自己的教学行为进行评估，对教学过程中存在的问题及时进行教学诊断，对学生有更透彻的了解，以此来对自己的教学方式进行调整，对不同的学生采取针对性措施。医院校联合有利于准确制定教学标准，及时更新与优化教学内容，为精准教学提供典型工作案例，是实施精准教学的重要路径。

2 精准教学与SPOC的内涵及发展

精准教学最先由美国学者奥格登·林德斯利（Ogden Lindsley）基于斯金纳的行为学习理论于20世纪60年代提出，其初衷是通过设计测量程序，追踪学生的学习及成绩，制定教学策略，以便“将科学放在学生和教师的手中”。……
