摘 要：为突出土地综合承载力等单项承载力评价研究在当前我国“双评价”工作及未来发展中的重要性，采用文献分析法及归纳统计法，结合理论基础分类汇总国内外对土地综合承载力评价的相关研究。结果表明，随着社会进步及研究深入的不断发展，丰富了土地综合承载力概念的内涵，已不在仅仅局限于最早的“土地-人口”关系。当前土地综合承载力的研究发展迅速，但在研究方法与体系构建等方面仍存在不同程度的问题，为更好地服务我国国土空间规划，土地综合承载力的研究需要进一步改进和完善，以提高其科学合理性。

1 引言

随着生态文明建设的深入推进，资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价（以下简称“双评价”）工作受到了党和国家的高度重视。2019年，我国“双评价”相关指导工作迅速开展。2019年3月，为切实支撑各级国土空间规划编制，自然资源部研究制定了《资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价技术指南（征求意见稿）》，并选择典型地区开展试评价工作，旨在确保“双评价”技术方法科学、合理、适用;2019年11月，自然资源部发布《资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价指南》（试行）（送审稿），旨在指导各地开展资源环境承载能力和国土空间开发适宜性评价工作，保证评价成果的规范性、科学性和有效性，并进一步明确相关单项评价的操作流程。……
