土地测绘技术手段的变迁与测绘质量控制研究

摘要：随着我国时代的发展和社会测绘技术的发展进步，当前的地形测绘技术也发生了重大变化。在我国的土地管理过程中，地形测绘和土地测绘是重要的任务之一，工程测绘人员通过详细的地形和制图数据帮助土地管理部门可以对土地进行更细致的管理，从而为土地测绘企业在后期进行土地开发规划提供有效的保障。随着新时代测绘技术的不断发展，我国地形测绘和制图测绘已逐渐成为我国工程变迁中最重要的任务之一。当前，由于我国地形测绘和制图技术的多样性，我国技术人员在地形和制图过程中使用的方法也存在很大差异，这也将对实际地形和制图的质量产生重大影响。因此，测绘技术人员需要深入探讨技术的使用，实现我国测绘质量的高效化。
Abstract： With the development of China's era and social surveying and mapping technology， the current topographic surveying and mapping technology has also undergone major changes. In the process of land management in China， topographic surveying and land surveying and mapping are one of the important tasks. Engineering surveyors and mapping personnel help the land management department to manage the land in more detail through detailed topographic and cartographic data， thus providing effective guarantee for land surveying and mapping enterprises to carry out land development planning at a later stage. With the continuous development of surveying and mapping technology in the new era， topographic surveying and mapping surveying and mapping has gradually become one of the most important tasks in China's engineering changes. At present， due to the diversity of topographic surveying and mapping technology in China， the methods used by technical personnel in the topography and mapping process are also very different， which will also have a significant impact on the quality of the actual topography and mapping. Therefore， surveying and mapping technicians need to discuss in depth the use of technology to achieve high efficiency of surveying and mapping quality in China.

0 引言
土地资源是当前我国资源使用过程中最主要的资源，我国已经设立了一个专门的土地资源管理部门，通过土地资源部门的管理以保证我国土地资源的有效利用工作和管理工作。在实际的测绘工程中，土地资源管理部门要确保测绘人员目前的工作的质量符合相关要求，我国土地资源的任何管理是基于测绘技术的使用，测绘技术的正确使用可以为我国土地资源的后期管理部分的使用提供有效的保障，通过测绘技术的应用可以进行土地资源分配工作的改善，这将对国家后期的土地资源管理提供有效的帮助。……
