摘要：数字经济的蓬勃发展为科技成果转化带来了新机遇。通过分析科技成果转化现存的主要问题，本文研究了数字经济如何解决科技成果转化中存在的项目过程管理问题、科技中介机构问题、信息不对称以及中游融资问题，帮助建立科技成果供需双方的沟通渠道，实现科研资金的优化配置，提高科技成果转化的成功率。最后针对科技成果提供者、科技中介机构及政府支持三方面提出对策建议。

Abstract： The booming digital economy has provided new opportunities for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. However， the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is influenced by various factors. Thus， this study examines how the digital economy can solve such factors， including project process management problems， scientific and technological intermediary institutions， information asymmetry， and midstream financing problems， which hinder the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In this way， the optimal allocation of scientific research funds can be achieved， and the success rate of scientific and technological achievements can be improved. Countermeasures and suggestions for scientific and technological achievement providers， scientific and technological intermediaries， and policymakers are put forward.

0  引言

党的十九大报告指出，“创新是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑，要建立以企业为主体、市场为导向、产学研深度融合的技术创新体系，促进科技成果转化。”当前，数字经济蓬勃发展，为各个领域带来新的机遇和挑战。通过建立高校科技成果与企业、市场、政府部门的联系，数字经济可以为科技成果的转化提供必要的基础设施和工具，促进科技成果的及时有效转化，实现互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合，推动高校、企业的自身发展以及国家经济进步。

1  科技成果转化面临问题分析

科技成果能否转化受其自身性质的制约，基础研究方面的科技成果和部分倾向于基础研究的应用研究方面的科技成果是不能转化的，其他应用研究和发展研究的科技成果是能够转化的，但其能否成功转化又取决于科技资源的配置，同时，科技成果转化的实现需要参与主体和市场需求的共同推动。……
