Innovative Strategy of Party Affairs and Government Work in State-Owned Enterprises Under the Background of Internet

【摘  要】新时代以来，我国经济水平持续提高，国有企业的发展速度越来越快。众所周知，国有企业是我国经济的重要部分，更是国民经济的命脉，企业党务政工工作能够促进企业的发展，受到越来越多的重视。当前科学技术快速发展，社会迎来了信息化时代，这一时代国有企业员工的生活方式以及价值观等都发生了很大的变化。互联网背景下想要实现国有企业的快速发展，必须要对企业党务政工工作进行创新，应用新思路与新方法实现党务工作的顺利开展。

【Abstract】Since the new era， China's economic level continues to improve， and the development speed of state-owned enterprises is faster and faster. As we all know， state-owned enterprises are an important part of China's economy， but also the lifeblood of the national economy. The Party affairs and government work in enterprises can promote the development of enterprises， which has attracted more and more attention. With the rapid development of science and technology， the society has ushered in the informatization age， in which the life style and values of state-owned enterprise employees have changed a lot. In order to realize the rapid development of state-owned enterprises under the background of internet， it is necessary to innovate the Party affairs and government work in enterprises， and apply new ideas and methods to realize the smooth development of Party affairs.

1 引言

科学技术持续发展，互联网加快走进各行各业的步伐，改变了人们的生产生活方式，同时还促进了国有企业的不断进步。国有企业中，党建工作的重要内容之一就是党务政工工作，对企业的发展有很大影响，在新时期受到的关注程度也越来越高。传统经营模式下，为了不断壮大，获得更多的利润，国有企业都是围绕着利润进行的。但在互联网快速发展的今天，国有企业的员工经常会出现问题，对企业的发展产生不良的影响。国有企业发展过程中，为了充分发挥出党务政工工作的促进作用，必须要创新工作方式。同时，国有企业要进一步加强对党务政工工作的重视，不断发展完善基层组织，提高企业战斗力，最终实现企业的不断发展。
