Application of BIM Technology in Green Prefabricated Buildings

【摘  要】近年来，我国建筑工业化与信息化水平不断提高，对绿色建筑的发展起到了推进作用。论文通过对我国BIM技术、装配式建筑和绿色建筑的发展现状进行系统的归纳和总结，将三者融合发展模式进行价值分析。BIM技术应用到绿色装配式建筑中，能促进绿色建筑的发展，使装配式建筑有新的机遇，同时为BIM技术提供一个新平台，达到融合发展的目的，为基于BIM技术的绿色装配式建筑应用研究提供方向。

【Abstract】In recent years， the level of industrialization and informatization of China's buildings has been continuously improved， which has played a role in promoting the development of green buildings. This paper systematically summarizes the development status of our country's BIM technology， prefabricated buildings and green buildings， and analyzes the value of the three integrated development modes. The application of BIM technology to green prefabricated buildings can promote the development of green buildings and provide new opportunities for prefabricated buildings. Meanwhile， it provides a new platform for BIM technology to achieve the purpose of integrated development and provide direction for the application research of green prefabricated building based on BIM technology.

1 研究背景

自21世纪以来，中国的建筑业发展迅速，规模也在不断扩大。它为社会进步、经济发展、人民生活水平提高作出了重要贡献。但是，建筑信息化水平不高也一直是阻碍我国建筑业发展的重要因素。

近年来，随着国家政策标准的不断发展以及BIM技术人员的探索，工业化与建筑标准化逐渐成为我国建筑业的发展趋势。但在建设过程中，仍然存在环境污染、资源浪费等问题。根据目前的情况，在建筑行业发展中引进节能环保的绿色建筑，采用绿色施工的方法，实现绿色可持续发展的理念成为必然趋势。

目前，我国建筑业发展模式的相关研究大多是对BIM技术、绿色建筑或装配式建筑独立研究，或将任意两者结合分析，而三者融合发展的相关研究还较少。因此，通过BIM技术的平台将装配式建筑与绿色建筑相结合，建立新型的建筑模式是我国未来建筑业新的发展方向。……
