摘  要：一流本科教育的重要标志是培养出一流人才。一流专业是培养一流人才的基本单元。提高一流专业的人才培养能力不仅需要一流的教师队伍、一流的教学活动、先进的育人理念、人才培养模式和专业文化等，更需要学生的全程深度参与。论述了一流专业建设的基本内涵及其在人才培养中的重要性，对标一流专业建设要求分析了浙江农林大学农学专业的发展现状、存在问题及发展思考，为涉农高校创建一流专业教育提供一定参考。

Abstract： An important symbol of first-rate undergraduate education is to cultivate first-class talents. First-rate specialty is the basic unit of training first-class talents. To improve the talent cultivation ability of first-rate majors， we need not only top teachers and teaching activities， advanced educational concepts， talent cultivation modes and specialty culture， but also the full participation of students. This paper discusses the basic connotation of first-rate major construction and its importance in personnel training， analyzes the developmental status， existing problem， and thoughts on development of the Agronomy major of Zhejiang A&F University in accordance with the requirements of first-rate specialty construction， so as to provide useful reference for agricultural universities to establish first-rate specialty education.

培养什么人，是教育的首要问题。习近平总书记2018年在全国教育大会上指出：“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人，加快推进教育现代化、建设教育强国、办好人民满意的教育”，其中高等教育是国家发展水平和发展潜力的重要标志[1]，在建设社会主义现代化强国，实现中华民族伟大复兴过程中起着关键性作用。

当前，我国高等教育正处于内涵式发展的关键时期，其核心要义是提高人才培养质量。习近平总书记2016年在全国高校思想政治工作会议上指出：“办好我国高校，办出世界一流大学，必须牢牢抓住全面提高人才培养能力这个核心点。”可见，建设高等教育强国最具标志性的内容就是要培养一流人才[2]，而这需要有一流的本科教育作支撑。一流本科教育是对大学生的全面教育、个性化教育、发展力教育和创造力教育[3]。……
