[摘要] 目的 调查创伤外科医院感染现患率，分析影响因素，为预防院内感染措施的制定提供可靠的依据。方法 纳入该院2018年2月—8月期间所有创伤外科住院患者作为研究对象展开调查，统计并分析创伤外科患者医院感染现患率。结果 根据Logistic回归可得出，呼吸机使用、泌尿道插管、深静脉穿刺及开放复合创伤均属于影响医院感染发生的因素。结论 创伤外科医院感染现患率相对较高，影响其发生感染的因素主要为各项侵入性操作，因此需采取针对性预防措施。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections in trauma surgery， analyze the influencing factors， and provide a reliable basis for the formulation of measures to prevent nosocomial infections. Methods All inpatients of trauma surgery in our hospital from February to August 2018 were investigated as the research object， and the prevalence of nosocomial infections in patients of trauma surgery was counted and analyzed. Results According to the logistic regression equation， ventilator use， urinary tract intubation， deep vein puncture， and open compound trauma were all factors that affected the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Conclusion The current prevalence of nosocomial infections in trauma surgery is relatively high. The factors that affect the infection are mainly invasive procedures， so targeted preventive measures need to be taken.

醫院感染（又称院内感染），主要是指发生在医院内的一切感染，包括住院患者在住院期间发生的感染和在医院内获得出院后发生的感染，以创伤外科最为多见[1-2]。其往往会加重患者的病情，严重影响其生活质量。故对创伤外科住院患者的医院感染现患率进行调查、分析其影响因素并以此为参考依据采取相关预防措施是降低医院感染发生率、改善患者疗效及生活质量的重要前提[3]。纳入该院2018年2—8月期间334例创伤外科住院患者展开研究，报道如下。

1  资料与方法

1.1  一般资料

纳入该院所有创伤外科住院患者作为研究对象（334例）展开调查，内容包括发生感染例数、感染分布情况及部位、抗菌药物使用情况。

1.2  方法

在该院行政管理部门的协调之下，由医院感染管理部门组织人员经过培训后，统一使用横断面调查方法对所有创伤外科患者开展调查。……
