摘 要：随着互联网技术的不断创新和改进，信息化技术被广泛应用到了茶叶企业内。茶叶行业有着百年的发展历史，目前正处于发展环节，因为传统茶叶加工方式有着一定的复杂性和繁琐性特征，因此要想达到智能化管理的目的，还有着诸多的难度。本文以智能化管理方式为主，重点论述了在茶叶企业信息化管理期间对智能化管理的应用情况。

Abstract：With the continuous innovation and improvement of Internet technology， information technology has been widely used in tea enterprises. The tea industry has a history of one hundred years， and it is now in the development stage. Because the traditional tea processing mode has certain complexity and tedious characteristics， there are many difficulties to achieve the purpose of intelligent management. This paper mainly discusses the application of intelligent management in the period of information management of tea enterprises.

随着社会的发展，各种各样的信息化技术均得到了改进和创新，人们逐渐将关注点放在了线上交流，这就迫使企业加快运行速度，紧跟时代发展脚步，全方面实施信息化和智能化管理工作。当前阶段，市场竞争日益激烈，茶叶企业要想占据主导地位，就需要引进新型的信息化技术，提升资源利用率，在发挥技术优势的背景下强化企业竞争实力[1-3]。

1 智能化管理方式在茶叶企业信息化管理环节中的应用现状

1.1 茶叶企业智能化水平有待进一步提升

因为茶叶信息化技术起步时间晚，水平较低，发展有一定的难度，因此茶叶信息化系统不具备完善性和成熟性。现阶段，从茶叶企业实际运行情况来看，依旧是以单一的手工制作方式为主，企业茶叶制作智能化水平处于较低状态，有待进一步提升。此外，我国茶叶企业并没有将信息化和农机化相互结合起来，也没有合理引进互联网和云计算等信息化技术，如此一来，无法实现经济的产业化和生态化发展目标。……
