摘  要 面对当前职业教育的新形势和新任务，开发凸显职业教育特色的专业教学资源，推动职业教育优质教育资源共建共享，是推进职业教育改革的有力保障。论述类型教育背景下职业院校专业教学资源建设的目标要求，并从系统化的顶层设计及内容规划、“行校企”合建共享与持续更新专业教学资源库等方面，提出凸显职教特色、实现技术优势与教育规律相结合的专业教学资源库建设具体举措。

Analysis on Construction Strategy of Professional Teaching Re-

sources in Vocational Colleges under Background of Type Edu-cation//CHI Xiaojiang， MOU Wei， GAO Anqing

Abstract Facing the new situation and task of vocational education， it is a powerful guarantee to promote the reform of vocational educa-tion to develop professional teaching resources with prominent voca-tional education characteristics and promote the co-construction and sharing of high-quality education resources. This paper discusses the objectives and requirements of professional teaching resources con-struction in vocational colleges under the background of “type edu-cation”， and from the systematic top-level design and content pla-nning， “industry， school and enterprise” joint construction and sha-ring， and continuous update of professional teaching resources， etc， the concrete measures of constructing professional teaching resource base are put forward to highlight the characteristics of vocational education and realize the combination of technical advantages and educational rules.

1 前言

近年来，国家大力推进职业教育改革，陆续印发《中国教育现代化2035》等重要文件，并先后出台多项措施，加快推进职业教育改革。其中，2019年年初，国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（以下简称“职教20条”），明确了职业教育要转变为企业社会参与、专业特色鲜明的类型教育[1]的改革发展要求，职业教育突破了原有“层次教育”的束缚，回归了“类型教育”本原。面对新形势和新任务，围绕国家、地方重大发展战略，紧密对接行业产业发展需求，开发凸显职业教育特色的专业教学资源，推动职业教育优质教育资源共建共享，既是适应新媒体时代、加快职业教育现代化的要求，也是推进职业教育改革的保证。本文结合学校多年来职业教育精品课程建设及专业建设的经验，基于类型教育背景，探讨职业院校专业教学资源建设策略。……
