【摘要】 抑郁症与乳腺癌的发生预后存在一定的相关性，二者互为因果。乳腺癌患者常并发抑郁症的产生，影响乳腺癌的治疗效果，抑郁症也可以加速乳腺癌进程，提高患者的复发转移风险。因此，深入研究乳腺癌并发抑郁症的中西医治疗，能为临床上乳腺癌合并抑郁症的抗肿瘤治疗和抗抑郁治疗提供行之有效的干预治疗策略，减轻乳腺癌患者的心理痛苦，提高生活质量，改善乳腺癌患者的生存预后。

[Abstract] There is a certain correlation between depression and the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer. They are cause and effect each other. Patients with breast cancer often have depression， which affects the therapeutic effect of breast cancer. Depression can also accelerate the process of breast cancer and improve the risk of recurrence and metastasis. Therefore， in-depth study of the treatment of breast cancer complicated with depression by traditional Chinese and western medicine can provide effective intervention and treatment strategies for the anti-tumor treatment and anti depression treatment of breast cancer complicated with depression， reduce the psychological pain of breast cancer patients， improve the quality of life， and improve the survival prognosis of breast cancer patients.

乳腺癌是女性恶性肿瘤的发病之首，发病率和死亡率逐年上升，且年龄逐渐年轻化[1]。全球每年新发乳腺癌病例约210万，每年约63万患者死于乳腺癌，发达地区的乳腺癌发病率相对欠发达地区更高[2-3]。乳腺癌作为一重大的应激事件，常伴有不同程度的抑郁问题，对患者的生存预后和生活质量具有严重影响。抑郁症作为一种精神障碍性疾病，患者具有明显低落、悲观、绝望情绪，严重者甚至出现自杀倾向[4]。在临床治疗中，乳腺癌患者的抗抑郁治疗不仅可以降低化疗等抗肿瘤药物所致的不良反应，同时可以改善患者机体免疫功能和生活质量[5]。因此，深入研究乳腺癌患者并发抑郁症的治疗方法至关重要，现将中西医治疗乳腺癌并发抑郁症的研究进展概述如下。
