【摘要】 糖尿病胃肠神经病变是一种常见的糖尿病并发症，可对胃肠道功能造成严重不良影响，降低患者生活质量。临床采用的西医治疗方式包括抗抑郁治疗、饮食调理、止吐等多种方式，但效果并不理想。近几年，关于本病的中医治疗方式逐渐受到重视，且治疗效果良好。本文结合近几年关于糖尿病胃肠神经病变的中西医结合治疗的相关文献，对治疗效果、专方专药等进行总结和分析，将具体内容整理如下。

[Abstract] Diabetic gastrointestinal neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes， which can cause serious adverse effects on gastrointestinal function and reduce the quality of life of patients. The western medicine treatment methods used in clinical practice including anti-depression treatment， diet conditioning， antiemetic treatment， etc.， but the effect is not ideal. In recent years， Chinese medicine has received attention in the treatment of this disease and the therapeutic effects is good. In this article， combined with the relevant literatures on the treatment of diabetic gastrointestinal neuropathy with integrated Chinese and western medicine in recent years， and summarize and analyze its therapeutic effect， special prescription and special medicine， etc.. The specific content is organized as follows.

糖尿病胃腸神经病变在临床中较为常见，可导致患者出现嗳气、呕吐、胃脘胀满、厌食及上腹部不适，也有部分患者出现腹泻或便秘[1]。有关数据显示，在糖尿病患者中，约有50%的患者合并胃肠神经病变[2]。西医治疗糖尿病胃肠神经病变的方式较多，如原发性疾病治疗、促胃动力药物、饮食治疗、幽门螺杆菌根治及手术治疗，虽然能够在一定程度上减轻患者的临床症状，但无法根治病因[3]。近几年，中西医结合治疗糖尿病胃肠神经病变的优势逐渐在临床中凸显出来，故本文主要对近几年的治疗进展进行综述。

1 中医病因机制分析

中医领域中虽然没有针对糖尿病胃肠神经病变的专门论述，但对本病形成了一套独特的思维和理论体系。中医将糖尿病胃肠神经病变归属于“消渴”“脾积”范畴。此外，由于本病临床表现为胃脘胀满、餐后胀增、恶心、嗳气等，因而也被纳为消渴病兼反胃、痞满及呕吐范围。……
