摘要 培育“两懂一爱”高素质、高技能的新型职业农民是推进江苏农业现代化的保证，也是实现乡村振兴的必由之路。通过江苏农牧科技职业学院新型职业农民培育工作进程，了解江苏省新型职业农民培育现状，分析新型职业农民培育供给侧出现的问题和面临的困境，并在此基础上提出了加强新型职业农民培育的顶层设计、推进课程改革、加快资源库建设、构建新型培育体系、营建优良的政策环境等建议。

Abstract Cultivating highquality and highskilled newtype professional farmers with “two understandings and one love” is the guarantee to promote agricultural modernization in Jiangsu and the only way to realize rural revitalization. Through the process of cultivating newtype professional farmers in Jiangsu Agrianimal Husbandry Vocational College， the current situation of cultivating newtype professional farmers in Jiangsu Province was introduced.The problems and difficulties in the supply side of cultivating newtype professional farmers were analyzed. Suggestions were put forward to strengthen the toplevel design of cultivating newtype professional farmers， to promote curriculum reform， to speed up the construction of resource pool， to build a newtype cultivation system， and to build a good policy environment.

江苏是一个经济和农业大省，习近平总书记在江苏视察期间就充分肯定了江苏农业。但是江苏作为农业大省要成为农业强省和农业现代化还需要一个相当长的过程[1]。而实现江苏农业的现代化在于加快培养有文化、懂技术、会经营的新型职业农民，这就要多在新型农业主体的培育上下功夫[2]。新型职业农民的培育在于高校和地方的合力，江苏农牧科技职业学院作为江苏13所涉农高职院校之一，新型职业农民培育工作一直紧跟地方经济发展精细对接行业需求，屡次被江苏农业农村厅表彰，该校的工作在一定程度上是江苏新型职业农民培育的一个缩影[3]。鉴于此，笔者通过江苏农牧科技职业学院新型职业农民培育工作进程，了解江苏省新型职业农民培育现状，分析新型职业农民培育供给侧出现的问题和面临的困境，并在此基础上提出了加强新型职业农民培育的顶层设计、推进课程改革、加快资源库建设、构建新型培育体系、营建优良的政策环境等建议。……
