摘  要 质子治疗作为放射医疗领域最有发展前景的技术，正处在不断发展的过程中。对于质子医疗中心的运营管理者、研究人员、物理师、剂量师及放射治疗技师，理论和实践的教育培训显得尤为重要。将知识与技能紧密结合，可以更好地为患者实施治疗，提高疗效，实现治疗成本效益的最优化，体现质子医疗中心的运营管理水平。

Abstract Proton therapy， as the most promising technology in the field of radiation medicine， is in the process of continuous develop-ment. As the operation managers， researchers， physicists， dosimeters， and radiation therapy technicians of the Proton Medical Center， theo-retical and practical education and training are particularly impor-tant. Combining knowledge and skills can better implement treat-ment for patients and improve efficacy. Achieve the optimization of cost-effectiveness of treatment and reflect the operation and manage-ment level of Proton Medical Center.

1 引言

近年来，我国的恶性肿瘤发病率居高不下，治疗方法随着科技的日新月异不断推陈出新，其中质子、重离子等医疗高科技的研究进入实践应用阶段，尤其是质子治疗技术作为肿瘤治愈率较高的前沿科技，是获得国际公认的低副作用放射治疗方式。国外临床治疗数据表明，质子治疗肿瘤的总有效率达到95%以上，而且五年存活率高达80%，具有剂量打击准、副作用低的治疗特点，对于人体复杂组织中的肿瘤，尤其周边组织对放疗敏感和安全性要求极高的头部肿瘤具有显著优势。目前，质子技术常见用于治疗中枢神经系统、颅底、头颈部、胸腹部、盆腔及骨和软组织肿瘤。

自1895年伦琴发现X射线和1898年居里夫人发现放射性核素镭以来，放射治疗肿瘤的历程已走过100多年的历史。放疗与手术、化疗并列成为肿瘤治疗的三大核心手段，超过70%的恶性肿瘤患者需要不同程度的放射治疗（表1）。

20世纪90年代，根据WHO放射治疗效果统计数据显示，恶性肿瘤的治愈率已经达到45%，外科手术、放射治疗、化学治疗的贡献率分别为22%、18%和5%。……
