[摘 要]大力推进中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的战略使命，是关系到提升国家文化软实力，提高文化自信心和认同感，涵养民族精神和归属感，培养爱国主义情操的必要手段，是实现中华民族伟大复兴梦的必由之路。本文就如何将中华优秀传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展的理念，融入到高校“立德树人”，培养社会主义接班人的教育实践中来，秉承对传统文化批判性继承的“扬弃原则”，融入到当下社会实践的“超越原则”，涵养社会主义核心价值观的“融合原则”和融汇创新兼容并蓄的“创新原则”，对中华优秀传统文化的“双创”理论，从理论上的认知到具体的实践层面进行了初步的探索，提出了切实可行的具体路径，对高校更好地弘扬中华优秀传统文化，涵养民族精神起到一定的借鉴和参考作用。

Abstract： Vigorously promote the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture is the strategic mission of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era， which is the essential means related to enhancing the national cultural soft power， improving their self-confidence and sense of identity， cultivating national spirit and sense of belonging， cultivating patriotic sentiment， and is the only way to realize the great rejuvenation dream of the Chinese nation.

In this paper， on how to integrate the creative transformation and the innovative development of Chinese excellent traditional culture， into the "cultivating people by virtue" of colleges and universities， and into the education practice of cultivating socialist successors， adhering to the critically inheriting the "sublation principle" of traditional culture， into “the principle of beyond" of social practice at present， the principle of "integration" for the cultivation of socialist core values， eclecticism principle of "innovation" with integration and innovation， from the theory cognition to the concrete practice level， this paper has carried on preliminary exploration on “innovation and entrepreneurship” of Chinese excellent traditional culture. This paper puts forward the feasible concrete path， and It can be used as a reference for universities to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and cultivate the national spirit.

中華民族具有五千多年的悠久历史，蕴含着浑厚的民族精神和灿烂的文明，其传统文化源远流长，博大精深，记载了中华民族筚路蓝缕的奋斗历史，积淀着中华民族最深层次的精神追求，代表着中华民族最独特的性格基因，承载着薪火相传的民族精神。在民族信念的传承上，民族性格的塑造上、民族精神的提振上发挥着非常重要的作用。
