摘要 建设创新型国家的背景下，皖西学院动物科学专业抓住这一契机，率先对《饲料分析与检测》课程进行创新型卓越人才培养模式改革，采取更新教学内容、高效利用多媒体教育方式、锻炼学生的自学能力和创新创业能力、融入课程思政建设等措施，获得较好的教学成果，社会评价良好。

The Exploration and Prac-tice of Reform on Feed Analysis and Testing Course Under the Innovative and Outstanding Talents Cultivation

Abstract Under the background of building an innovative country，the animal science major of West Anhui University seized this opportunity，took the lead in reforming the innovative talents training mode for feed analysis and testing course，and took measures such as updating teaching content，making efficient use of multimedia education，training students self-study ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability，and integrating into the ideological and political construction of the course，so as to obtain better teaching achievements and good social evaluation.

黨的十九大报告中强调，创新是引领发展的第一动力，是建设现代化经济体系的战略支撑。按照党中央的决策部署，把加快建设创新型国家作为现代化建设全局的战略举措，坚定实施创新驱动发展战略，强化创新作为引领发展的第一动力的地位和作用，突出以科技创新引领全面创新，具有重大而深远的意义[1]。因此，在新形势下，要加快建设创新型国家，倡导创新文化，鼓励更多社会主体投身创新创业，就要改革当前高校的人才培养模式。农业是国之命脉，畜牧生产在国家粮食安全中具有举足轻重的地位，而要加快畜牧产业的创新发展，重点在人才培养，因此，加快推进动物生产类专业创新型卓越人才的培养势在必行。为了更好地适应当前发展需求，服务地方经济发展，皖西学院利用创新型国家建设的契机，积极推进本科教学课程的创新性改革，以建立适应当前社会发展的创新型卓越人才培养模式为目标，努力建成与地方经济发展相适应的应用型高水平大学。……
