【摘要】步入21世纪，人类面临的主要问题就是资源和环境问题，可持续发展研究已经成为国内外理论界和实践界所普遍关注的问题。强化高校资源环境领域学生的可持续发展理念，探索高校开展可持续发展教育的途径，培养适应社会需要的复合型人才势在必行。然而在大学中可持续发展研究工作与可持续发展教育工作常常被当作独立的活动而割裂开。本文提出了一种“科研-教学-传播”相结合的复合型人才培养模式，营造了“以学生为中心”的课堂氛围，激发了学生学习的自觉性、主动性，提高了学生的知识应用能力和综合素质。

【Abstract】The main challenges which human beings have to face are resources and environmental problems in 21st century. It is extremely urgent to strengthen the sustainable development consciousness for college students， explore the path to develop the sustainable development cultivation for college faculties， and cultivate the compound talents for society. However， the sustainable development research and sustainable development cultivation activities remain separate endeavors in college. In the current study， a compound talents cultivation mode which combined with research， cultivation and propagates was developed. The innovative compound talents cultivation mode created the“student？鄄oriented” classroom atmosphere， stimulate the conscientious and initiative study， and improve the ability of knowledge application and comprehensive quality of the college students.

一、前言

当前人类活动对地球系统的影响已经超越了自然界的自我修复能力，可持续发展科学应运而生。为迎接全球变化和环境问题带来的严峻挑战，迫切需要改变当前可持续发展人才的培养模式，将学术研究与教育培训有机的融合在一起，培养复合型人才参与到可持续发展的研究中来，不断提高人类对全球环境变化的认识[1]。然而在实际操作中，可持续发展的研究工作与可持续发展的教育工作常常被分割开。尽管可持续发展课程着重强调需要培养学生的实践操作能力，传统的教学模式往往将实践能力的培养限制在课堂教学中，使学生成为理论和方法的被动接受者，而不是将他们培养成为研究成果的产出者[2]。……
