【摘  要】工会是职工凝心聚力、文化建设、维权的重要部门，也被称为“职工之家”，是党组织和企业、职工联系的桥梁和纽带。工会是坚持党中央领导，代表工人阶级队伍的组织，负责对党组织工作以及企业政工思想教育工作的实施。论文主要对工会组织在职工思想政治工作中的作用和对策进行分析。

【Abstract】The trade union is an important department for the cohesion， cultural construction and rights protection of workers， also known as "the home of workers"， and it is the bridge and link between the Party organization and enterprises and workers. The trade union is an organization that adheres to the leadership of the Party Central Committee and represents the working class， and is responsible for the implementation of the Party's organizational work and the ideological education of the enterprises' political workers. This paper mainly analyzes the role and countermeasures of trade union organizations in the ideological and political work of workers.

1 引言

市场经济的发展以及现代企业制度的完善，使得我国企业发生巨大变革。特别是现代企业管理思想的应用使企业职工思想观念以及价值观念等都发生变化。在这种情况下，对企业工会的思想政治教育工作提出更大的挑战。十九大对企业思想政治工作进一步强调，而且要求注重对职工的人文关怀和心理疏导作用，号召構建自尊自信、和谐和平的社会心态。所以当前企业在职工思想政治工作研究中，必须要充分发挥工会的职能，探究适合自身的发展道路，提升思想政治教育工作的效率。

2 企业工会思想政治工作的作用和特点

2.1 企业工会思想政治工作的作用

工会是企业中非以经营盈利目标为基础的组织机构，在企业经营管理工作中需要通过企业职工思想政治工作的开展，提升职工对工作的责任心和执行力，为企业发展提供相应的参考和依据。同时，社会经济的发展使社会各阶层对企业服务质量提出新的要求。工会对企业职工的思想政治教育，有利于对单位内部职工积极性的提升，防止工作中出现漏洞。……
