摘要村干部是乡村振兴中的主力军，村干部队伍作用探究对乡村振兴战略实施具有重要的指导意义。村干部在乡村振兴中带领村民创业增收，加快了乡村移风易俗，推动了乡村民主法制，改善了基层政治生态和人文环境。然而，由于村干部自身条件的束缚及社会背景的变革，现阶段已不能适应新形势下乡村建设。因此，需要对村干部未来职业规划及发展路径进行探究，以期更好地推动村干部队伍的建设，打赢脱贫攻坚战，为乡村振兴战略打牢基础。

An Inquiry into the Role of Village Cadres under the Background of Village Revitalization

AbstractVillage cadres are the main force in the revitalization of villages， and the investigation of the role of village cadres is of great guiding significance to the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization. Village cadres guide the villagers to increase their entrepreneurship in the rural revitalization， speed up the rural migration， promote the rural democracy and legal system and improve the grass-roots political ecology and human environment. However， due to the constraints of the village cadres own conditions and the change of social background， the current stage cannot adapt to the new situation of rural construction.Therefore， it is necessary to explore the future career planning and development path of village cadres to better promote the construction of village cadres， to win the fight against poverty and to lay a solid foundation for the strategy of rural revitalization.

2019年是中華人民共和国成立70周年，也是我国全面建成小康社会的决胜年。2019年中央一号文件再次聚焦“三农”问题，着重阐述了乡村振兴战略的具体规划，突出了村干部在乡村振兴中的重要地位。乡村振兴建设的关键在于农村基层干部，着力建设一大批政治素养高、民主法制素养高、宗旨意识强、创新观念强、服务本领强的现代化农村基层干部队伍是破解建设困局的根本。当前农村基层干部队伍与乡村振兴建设之间存在不相适应的地方，这一矛盾能不能得到科学、及时解决，影响着乡村振兴战略的实施。因此，在乡村振兴背景下对村干部队伍建设进行研究具有重要的理论和实践价值。
